Working in Human Resources, I was mortified watching this occur. Very unprofessional. 4 stars for quality only b/c of the amount of hours I was there (over 3 hours!). Then, I received a call later that they missed getting a signature on something, but fortunately instead of making me drive back, they are emailing it to me. Chris Basilius was the sales person I worked with and he was excellent. The Service Dept is always professional and I always take my car there for service and I live in BG! More
