Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We visited another Acura dealer closer to our home in Ann Arbor first, but decided to check out Dave White as well. We immediately felt very comfortable working with Jose. He was very personable and friendly. He made us feel that our business was important to him. The deal we were offered was slightly better than the one offered at the other Acura dealer. Even though we will have farther to travel for our regular maintenance, we chose Dave White. We were very pleased with how quickly we were able to get the car we wanted. When we picked it up, Jose was extremely thorough when going over the use of the many systems the car has to offer. Scott did a great job taking care of my oil change in a very timely manner. I also had some warranty work done which I had to come back for.
