Had my car detailed there for a second time and continuously get back as if I just purchased it. They do a great job on exterior and did help buff out certain focus areas. I purchased 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan in February of this year, unknown at time of purchase that over $8,000.00 in repairs were needed and related to safety, air bad pods, leaking sun roof, turbo boost, & su year, unknown at time of purchase that over $8,000.00 in repairs were needed and related to safety, air bad pods, leaking sun roof, turbo boost, & sun shade that tore apart within the same week. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. After meeting with the sales manager to see what they could do to assist with the repairs and I quote “there is nothing we can do”. That was the bottom line.
