When I purchased my Acura you advertised cars are available when having an oil change. That is no longer true, an employee said that is no longer an option. Took my 2018 TLX in (Dave White Acura, Sylvania Oh) for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter (I was advised I also needed Transmission Service/$176, but declined). I was disappointed to learn Scott was no Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter (I was advised I also needed Transmission Service/$176, but declined). I was disappointed to learn Scott was no longer there but proceeded with the service. I had a coupon for which Stevie advised I could use, once service was completed, she advised they were “unable to rotate my tires/fill with air because they were rotted and the TPMS Sensor/Valve were broken on one tire”. She also informed she “would not grant the discount because they weren’t able to rotate the tires” (where’s the customer service, especially for someone who has been bring their vehicle for years and for this is your first encounter?!). She change/charged) the cabin filter without informing me, in total, I paid over $200 for an oil change with “regular oil” ($93 for labor and $92 for parts, REALLY?!) I have NEVER paid this much for an oil change!! I went back to speak with her, Jose was available and informed “the prices did go up in January”. POOR customer service, I PLAN TO NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN, SHAMEFUL!! More

My speakers have been crackling for more than 6 weeks now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and ma now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and make the repair, of course they couldn’t recreate the noise while I was there and told me to just bring it back in whenever it starts doing it again, I travel a lot for work and I love over an hour away from my dealership, so just “bringing the car back in”, isn’t an easy task. Why does the dealership require themselves to recreate the noise instead of listening to their customer, who spends 10-30 hours a week in their own car?! More
