Very good deal on our truck, nice set up and no high pressure sales tactics. Had a snafu with our purchase agreement that was an honest mistake but stretched my already long time (fault of the bank) eve pressure sales tactics. Excellent Service We purchased a used vehicle through Dave Syverson Auto for our daughter. We saw the car on the internet, called and spoke with Mark. We were traveli We purchased a used vehicle through Dave Syverson Auto for our daughter. We saw the car on the internet, called and spoke with Mark. We were traveling from Waukon IA so we wanted to make sure the car was worth making the drive, we had learned that pictures can be deceiving from previous visits to other dealerships. Mark took the time to go out to the lot verify the condition of the car, that it had not been smoked in and then called us back. When we got there, everyone was very friendly and even though Mark was working with another client he made sure we were helped and able to take the car for a test drive. After the sale, we received follow calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy with the car and that there were no issues. The dealership was also unable to get the extra set of keys from the previous owner so they had us order a new key at our local dealership and reimbursed us for the cost. Overall it was great experience and they customer service was excellent. More
