Minneapolis buyer over the course of two days. Anthony was patient with questions over the phone and went above and beyond to confirm which options were available on a used vehicle I was interested in. Alex was easy to work with in person, didn't push, and was patient with questions about the vehicle. When a small leak in an oil cooler line was observed, and when a question about testing the trailer brake wiring came up, Kerby brought it back to the mechanic and helped to confirm everything about the vehicle was mechanically sound, and if I drove it and found it to be a bigger issue, they would take care of it. Liz was easy to work with, had all her ducks in a row when it came to paperwork, and didn't force financing or warranty on me. It was well worth the drive to work with these folks, as I felt they were honest and treated me like they would treat a friend or neighbor.
