Considering the supply and delay issues, the dealership did about the best they could do. One problem I had is that Ford rolled over my 2022 order to a 2023 and offered a $1750 rebate for the inconvenienc did about the best they could do. One problem I had is that Ford rolled over my 2022 order to a 2023 and offered a $1750 rebate for the inconvenience. I was instructed to contact my dealership sales department right away which I did and was told they would handle the conversion order on their end and would take care of the rebate application. For whatever reason, it did not get handled and the rebate was denied. They did offer to offer me the vehicle at "invoice" which was $987 less the MSRP. Not quite the $1750 I had coming but at least some effort was put forth. Otherwise vehicle presentation and dealer prep was above average and I am very happy with the Maverick. Closing the transaction was very quick and helpful by Liz and Noah. More
