Ancient history with atleast 7 cars purchased/leased there until their Service Dept policies changed a few years ago. Look at all of the other 1 star reviews. Shame on them they're just awful and manipulative in adding un-necessary service to vulnerable clients too! Today I tried to give them another chance with a Factory recall I have on my new Ford I purchased out of state, and I was informed that because I did not purchase my Ford there, it was their policy to refuse my business. I am very glad to oblige. Spend your time and money elsewhere. More

The service side of this dealership is awful! They had my car the first time for 4 months. Had to call and harass to get any update. I have small children, a life, no car. They have it again for 3 months! No customer service. In fact, they were incredibly rude and downright insulting. When it was finally done the second time, you think anyone called to let us know? No. In fact, it had clearly been sitting in the parking lot for some time. I will be happy to NEVER go to this place ever again and to make sure I let people know my experience. More

There so called lifetime power train is also a joke. It says it covers everything untill its time to use it then they will find every reason that it won't work. The service department is a joke , the sales department is also a joke. The garage itself is insanity . Having my truck broke multiple times while there just basic maintenance is careless and poor . Just bought a Ford Bronco Sport From Dave Smith Ford .I love it !!! My entire Experience was outstanding. My salesman, Eric ,was great! Eric is salesmanager and the Best of the Best !! He is knowledgable , polite and easy to deal with. Eric and his staff provide personal attention in a relaxed ,proffessional way, they answered all of my questions and gave me an extensive tutorial on how to use the high tech equipment on my new Bronco Sport. Eric assured me that they will be available in the future to assisst me with questions and service. My Bronco Sport actually came in much earlier than expected!! My experience was like the old fashioned experience where everyone is there to take care of you and treat you like family! More

Worst dealership I have ever been at. We took the car in for an inspection and they scammed us out over $1000. . They wanted to get another $2000 out of us for new convertors and to prefo We took the car in for an inspection and they scammed us out over $1000. . They wanted to get another $2000 out of us for new convertors and to preform more tests on the car. Paid what we owed and took the car to another garage we trusted. They put the car on the lift and we could see Dave Smith Ford never did the work they charged us for. Also the car never needed convertors and passed emissions with no problems.
