I get email notices when a routine check is needed, they come to my house and pick up the car and leave me another new Lincoln to use until they bring my baby back to me. After any service they run my car through a car wash and clean and shine it up. The best thing is what an exceptional vehicle this Lincoln Continental is. The features it has are truly amazing, it will not let me hurt myself or someone else and almost drives itself. Both my sons went out and got Lincoln's after seeing my car (one got the sporty MKZ, the other the MKC SUV) and they are the envy of all their friends! I cannot go out without people commenting on how great my car is. People even stop at my driveway to ask me about it. More

Their Service Department is Great! I have had service on my vehicles for the past 10 years. Even tough it is a Lincoln Dealership I have had my Ford trucks serviced here and have had a I have had service on my vehicles for the past 10 years. Even tough it is a Lincoln Dealership I have had my Ford trucks serviced here and have had a great experience. I had my diesel Super-Duty maintained here almost exclusively. They did my tires, oil changes and even the major service work. The service has been completed when promised and always had friendly interactions with the service department. I now have a new Ford F-150 and I plan to continue have my service work done here. More

Needed a new tire Got a nail in the outer edge of my relatively new tire and went to the dealer when my tire pressure warning went off. I realized I needed a new time Got a nail in the outer edge of my relatively new tire and went to the dealer when my tire pressure warning went off. I realized I needed a new time and within 24 hours that procured a new tire, put me in a loaner which they replaced the tire and returned the Navigator washed.. I have so much faith in Dave Sinclair service that I did not shop the price and had them get the tire. My Navigator is fabulous but the dealership is even better. More
