Poor service We have been going to this dealer for over 10 years and have been very happy however the service quality has been lacking lately the last two times ha We have been going to this dealer for over 10 years and have been very happy however the service quality has been lacking lately the last two times have been bad I had a new set of tires install prior to leaving town and had to spend $60 to have them rebalanced once we got to Dayton then had my wife's Escape serviced and tire repaired it took 1 1/2 days when we got it home found a letter in the mail for a recall now we have to take it back in for another day when they just had the truck the service dept should have checked the recall on all cars brought in there are several dealers close I think I'll be checking them out More
