Take Pictures of your car and the Loaner Car! We noticed a dent on the other side of the car that we had not noticed before. The gentleman that runs the department in back said they would fix it and that it must have happened on the lot. SO the following Monday since we had just turned our rental vehicle in they loaned us another car so they could fix the damage they did....BIG LESSON!!!! TAKE PICTURES before you drive anything off their lot! My husband drove the loaner car (given to him filthy dirty inside and out) home and we parked it in our garage. I drove it over to the hospital the next morning and parked in the back lot to be safe. Imagine my surprise when I returned the loaner that afternoon and all of sudden this same gentleman is getting towels out to clean off the pollen and trying to find damage on the vehicle...(yes he literally had to clean the pollen off that was present on the loaner when they gave it to us) to try to find "things wrong!" Then he went straight to the front passenger tire (almost as if he knew what he was looking for) and said we had damaged the hub cap and that they are worth over a thousand dollars but he would let me get off with only 125.00. I had to bend over and look very closely to find what he was referring to. That damage (a scratch in the metal with a corresponding white mark on the tire) comes from someone hitting a curb....I do not have a curb in my garage nor did I parallel park the car at the hospital! A car rental company wouldn't even consider this! My husband said that when they walked around the car originally that he would have taken pictures had he known they were going to pull this kind of stunt. When I mentioned that it had been in our garage and then parked in the back lot away from other vehicles at the hospital he jumped down my throat and said....well it was driven 48 miles! Yes....from Dave Sinclair to our house...about 15 miles...then the 15 miles to the hospital and back to the dealership. We had the car less than 24 hours. Hmm, yes 48 miles! Didn't know that I was going to be held to driving it just to our garage and back! I paid the 125.00 he demanded and will never go back. Now I'm regretting paying him at all. That's not how you sell cars! I liked Lincolns but will never darken Dave Sinclair's doorstep again! Will be contacting our Insurance Company to mention our experience and to not use their service if they want to avoid their customers getting treated this way. This experience left me feeling like this is some kind of scheme they have going on here but the only thing I can think is either they don't like Honda's or they took exception that they had to repair the additional damage they did to our car while on their lot. Seems like a nice place but left a very, very bad taste in our mouths. The entire experience was just bizarre!! More

Initially I thought that was a really great deal. I purchased two new tires a week before my appointment which were put on the front of my car. The gentleman was really nice he'd asked if I wanted a car wash and offered me coffee. Starting off wonderful, I didn't mind the wait because I trust that my car is in good hands. I expected to get some kind of recommendation but i didn't get anything. I was told my car is excellent condition. I drive a little in the parking lot then get out to look at my tires. I notice that the brand new tires I bought were still on the front of my car. [That means NO TIRE ROTATION which is apart of the works.] I call my brother to ask if there is any way my brakes could be properly inspected with out taking the tires off. The answer of course is NO. [ That means NO MULTI-POINT INSPECTION which is also apart of the works.] I also was told that my suspension and shocks would be check when I check in after I mention to the guy at the service desk that I may have bad shocks on the back end because I was hearing a sound. However all of these things were marked as if they were in great shape and done. I went back into the service center to speak with someone bout my findings I ended up speaking with Collin Overkamp, he said he would check with the technician Shea Noonan, who serviced my car and if he didn't actually do the work he could get in trouble for that . I wasn't looking for anyone to get in trouble just for my car to be serviced. He went and spoke with the tech Shea told me that the young man did rotate the tires, I explained that the new tires still on the front and the paper work shows the tread depth for the front tires are a 10. After that he rotated the tires. I asked Collin how did he inspect the breaks without removing my tires. Collin went and asked Shea he said he inspected the breaks by looking with a flashlight. The constant back and forth and the lies being told was too much for me to deal with. I asked if I could get the technicians name and Collin wrote down Shea NooBan. I asked if he was sure that was his name because earlier he'd stated his name was Shea NooNan. These people work for a reputable company, my family has bought 2 cars from Dave Sinclair in the last 3 years. Anytime someone is looking to buy we recommend Dave Sinclair. I will never take my car there again i wouldn't be dishonest about servicing someone's car and checking their breaks. What if my back breaks were bad and I couldn't stop but the technician wrote that everything is 100%. That sounds like serious liability issues. The dishonesty is shameful. More
