Not Consistent When I purchased my vehicle from Dave Sinclair, it was a full service Dealership. From listening to what the customer wants in a vehicle, to what the car is or isn't doing. The employees cared and it was obvious that the vehicle owners were cared for. When I took my MKT in for a 75000 mile check up, I specifically told Collin why I was there and even told him of the notice that I received from Lincoln about the 75000 MILE CHECK. All the conversation made no difference to him. He didn't care. My MKT was taken back to service for 'THE WORKS' which is NOT a 75000 mile check.. Sorry Collin, but at this point of your career, you are only collecting a paycheck, not 'caring about' the people you are to service or their vehicles. More

Had an appointment for service and they took us on time . We were greeted when entering and they filled out the information needed to service the car.
