Problem Solved We ordered a new 2019 Nautilus in October of 2018. It arrived at the end of November at which time we leased it and immediately loved it. However, w We ordered a new 2019 Nautilus in October of 2018. It arrived at the end of November at which time we leased it and immediately loved it. However, we soon experienced multiple and unusual problems. The first was when it stalled on the road - which resulted in it being towed back to the dealership. The second was when the heater kicked on full blast and could not be shut off when it was more than 90 degrees outside! It took more than a week with the Service Department to determine what needed to be done to fix it. The third and last problem was when it again died - this time in the garage - which again resulted in it being towed back to the dealership. Needless to say our confidence in this being a reliable vehicle went to zero - and we were not happy customers. However, Brian Boyer and Brian Day both assured us that Lincoln would "make it right" - and today we are driving a brand new Nautilus - not only making it right, but far exceeding our expectations! Thank you Lincoln - and thank you Brian Boyer and Brian Day for making us loyal Lincoln and Dave Sinclair customers! More
