Customer Service at its best! I had leftover points from the previous Lincoln points program. In order to use the points I would have to sign up for the new Lincoln program. They showed me how to enroll in the new Lincoln program online and roll over the points so I could receive a free oil change that I was entitled to from the old program. Everyone there from the Service Department to the Front Desk were very knowledgeable and courteous. More

Easy to work with I brought my car in because it was having issues with starting and was emitting a bad smell (like sulfur). It was still under factory warranty so I dropped it off at night without an appt. The service dept called the next morning and asked me a few questions. The day after that I got a call saying it was done, and I could pick it up anytime. Turned out to be a cracked, leaking battery. My husband dropped me off after work, and I was on the road in less than 15 mins. More
