Busy place - but I see why. Everyone goes here to buy! Dave Zeiser was very knowledgeable and friendly! Adam took over the following day and went over every inch of the car with us. Had to reccommend the fix for my MKX because it was not know Brought my 2016 MKX in for normal maintenance and two problems were also to be addressed. An error that popped up on the vehicle display and overly s Brought my 2016 MKX in for normal maintenance and two problems were also to be addressed. An error that popped up on the vehicle display and overly sensitive brakes. The brake issue has been checked several times since we purchased the Lincoln MKX (over a year). When checking the error code they discovered that the restraint system module needed replacement. They ordered the module and it took over a week and a half to get the new module in and installed. We were provided a car to drive during this delay. To address the overly sensitive brakes they had me ride with a tech and he could find any issues. I expected this would happen but it still did not give me any comfort that the issue was not real. I had reported the issue several times during the services I had performed by Sinclair. (all maintenance on this vehicle has been accomplished by them) On service appointment the service department informed me that the rotors were out of round and needed to be turned and that was not covered under my warranty so the cost was $200. I did mention that this issue had been a problem since I bought the car and even reported it the first time it was in for service over a year ago. They did say they would pay for half the cost and I did not desire to continue to negotiate. The brakes seemed to be better but soon resumed the problem we had been seeing. I was getting frustrated trying to get the issue resolved so started researching the issue on my own. very quickly I found that there were others that experienced the same problem with their same year, make and model car. The 2016 MKX. others had fond the fix by incorporating a Technical Service Bulletin. I called the service department while they had my car and reported the finding and gave them the Bulletin number. They incorporated the bulletin fix the same time they installed the Restraint module, installed a new brave booster. The car is working better now and we have had no issues with the brakes. Complaint is that it was a known bulletin and they did not know to refer to this known problem. I did have an issue with my other vehicle and they could not find that problem until I did some more research and found the similar problem on the same type vehicle. I reported my finding to them and the issue was found and fixed. But this is a separate issue that I did not follow up with a complaint. More

Was having a issue with the brakes Called to make a appointment for service for a issue with the brakes on my car. I thought it was just the front ended up being both.
