Business Managers are a time sink. Across multiple dealerships it seems that signing the final papers are a time consuming deal. We spent longer waiting on the finance guy to sign the Across multiple dealerships it seems that signing the final papers are a time consuming deal. We spent longer waiting on the finance guy to sign the final papers and collect the check than we did chitchatting with the salesman. And then the Finance guy had to reprint the final papers because he got the total wrong. We could have easily been out of there 45 minutes sooner. Other than that - good experience. More

The deals & surprising trade- in value on my 2017 MKZ brought me in on Saturday with my husband. He test drove another one. Tom Brinkley helped with the rest of the sale..our 2nd purchase with him. He was extremely patient going over all the options that we wanted. He & Megan searched for the color I wanted even if it meant reaching out to another dealer. I wanted the windows tinted darker, pin striping added, & the Resistall protector added. On Sunday I came back to the closed dealership to make sure I REALLY liked the color I’d chosen. While there I met a gentleman who kept studying a red MKC. Without getting into any financial info I was able to give him enough info on my experiences with the dealership....customer service, sales, & service dept.....all 10 stars. I told him to see Megan & Tom. He went back the next day & bought the red MKC! Tom was most appreciative for the sale. We picked up the new car the day after Christmas. I love the iced mocha metallic color & have no regrets of choosing it. I was happy to share my 10 star experiences with a curious stranger... & made a sale for you! More
