Oh, sure the car is a beautiful machine and wonderful to drive, bu John Michaels was the reason we bought our Lincoln Continental from Dave Sinclair. We had seen a different car at the Auto Show a few days earlier and we had made an appt for the following Tues. In the meantime, we saw another car on the dealer website and I called John on Monday to see if that one was still available. William was very courteous and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and all it's features. Dealership was fair with the pricing and value of my trade-in.
