For ten years, they were very professional,and very Customer friendly. Never tried to push unneeded service or parts,but would always update us on things of importance. I highly recommend Dave Sinclair for everything in buying a new car! Joe polumbo and all the service reps.... excellent! Not many people keep a car for ten years anymore but we did. Thanks Dave Sinclair!! More

Overall ok but slow and service not their forte. Overall they got it done but they aren’t focused on individuals. Had to call 4 or 5 times to speak to the sales agent I was assigned to. Finally got through and made apt. Filled out financing app online and they called with financing saying a % with no money down. I asked if they would look into a better rate if I put various amounts down. Got there and everything was fine, Test drive etc although the salesperson didn’t know much about the features. I asked several questions and he just said his brother in law has a Ford Edge and they are great. He said brother in law 6 or 7 times so I just quit asking questions and sat in the car and googled about the features. Agreed to purchase car but had to wait almost 45 mins to get seen by financing. Despite my call ahead they forgot to look into different rates with money down. Salesman said The car would need a new safety cert as been on the lot over a month. But he forgot to ask service to get it so even after getting through financing I had to wait another 30 mins for the car. Everyone was friendly but they are pretty inefficient. I called ahead about several things as I didn’t want to spend my whole Saturday afternoon at a dealership. I ended up answering my own questions through google and had to soend the whole afternoon at the dealership as financing and sales agent very disorganized. I would shop again if the deal was right but just know you aren’t getting done in under 4 hours even if there aren’t many other customers and you call ahead several times. They are not customer focused. If I had to choose between similar dealerships with similar deals I would go somewhere else, level of service elsewhere is simply way better. More
