Dirty from hands on interior/ still a rattle Thank you Megan for the complimentary RESISTALL treatment for past disappointments that I have encountered but when the service department returned my Thank you Megan for the complimentary RESISTALL treatment for past disappointments that I have encountered but when the service department returned my car to the front of the dealership, my sales person John Michaels noticed me looking at my interior front door after having the RESISTALL applied in and out and helped me clean dirty hand prints from the drivers door in multiple places with a cleaner. John was shocked that the service department released the car to me that way but I was not shocked at all but again just disappointed. I called Alex and he told me that he would let Megan know what had happened. Also they never fixed a rattle under the drivers front and did not mentioned that it was not fixed. After giving me a loaner car that morning I told them to keep the car for as long as needed even if another day. Alex said that if they could not fix the rattle they might keep it another day. After 7 hours I was told that everything was ready. Everyone is friendly but there is no one checking on the work or lack of work of others. Mr Dave Sinclair Sr would not be impressed and would have made sure that everyone was on their toes for my last visit. More
