Service on Used Car Purchase at Dave Sinclair Lincoln I've bought my last 3 cars from Dave Sinclair (2 from DS Lincoln & 1 from DS Ford), plus I take all 5 of my cars to DS Lincoln service because the ser I've bought my last 3 cars from Dave Sinclair (2 from DS Lincoln & 1 from DS Ford), plus I take all 5 of my cars to DS Lincoln service because the service guys are great, as are everyone else. Additionally, they have work stations where I can do work while I wait. Purchased a 2013 Edge for my 16 year old daughter and brought it in to have some minor service done and some routine maintenance. They did a great job. I had to pick the car up late in the evening as the service center was closing. I was very satisfied with the work, but very disappointed that they returned my vehicle unwashed! I thought this was standard and certainly should be for a loyal return customer such as myself. The work on the car was completed much earlier in the day, so there was plenty of time to have it washed. Sounds small, but it is the small things, and the above and beyond things that impress me and I'm sure most other people. A car wash is an inexpensive 'perk' that I seem to receive only when I bring my Lincoln in for service. I would think DS would notice in their records the number of cars I bring in for service and the number of cars I've purchased and the length of time I've been a customer and go the extra step on every car I bring in. Definitely a down grade this time from typically stellar service. Only 4 stars this time as opposed to the typical 5. More

Poor customer service I brought my car in for maintenance package, emissions test and told the technician Billy that my car had slipped out of gear on its own and i needed I brought my car in for maintenance package, emissions test and told the technician Billy that my car had slipped out of gear on its own and i needed it checked. I left with an oil change, emissions test, a inspection he talked me into that i didn't require and 4 new tires. Handed me a packet and said everything checked out and showed me my passed emissions and inspection. 2 days later (today) my car is jerking when changing gears worse and worse...i called Billy and asked him what he found when he did the diagnosis and he informed me he hadn't diagnosed it and completely disregarded me when i said i had that day off work and sat there for hours waiting for all this work INCLUDING the diagnosis of the slipping i told him about when i came in on Monday. He says he can get me in 6 days from now and told me the cost. I dont care about the cost!! I care that i could end up on the side of the road between now and then. No thanks and i wont bring my Lincoln back here ever again. More
These guys rock! They always work around my schedule and make it so easy by dropping off and picking up the car.
