I would never do business with these people . The way they treat their employees is mind-blowing the upper management will purposely sabotage their employees work and call it a test . We had a significant glitch after purchasing our vehicle and decided that the vehicle we purchased was not really what we were looking for. We were nervous to express this to them, but to our amazement we received no push back but quite the opposite. They worked with us to get us in the right vehicle which would end up being a lot of time and paperwork on their part. We have been thoroughly impressed with this dealership and its employees and are glad we chose Dave Sinclair Lincoln to buy our new vehicle. More

They took time to introduce me to their product line and brought a representative vehicle to their outside area to show me. My salesperson was helpful explaining in reasonable detail the features of each model in which I expressed interest. The sales manager Megan was gracious and courteous just as was Tom appreciative of my communications. Even sales people who were not directly involved in my purchasing experience made themselves available by offering to assist if Tom was not immediately available. Very good purchasing experience to buy a fine Lincoln Navigator Reserve. More
