Sales department was great. Disappointed with the service department. Always takes 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and you are waiting in a walkway. You also can hear the service writers arguing with customers department. Always takes 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and you are waiting in a walkway. You also can hear the service writers arguing with customers on the phone which is uncomfortable. Everyone has difficult customers from time to time but it may be best to put them on hold and go into an enclosed office. The service writer I had was great, he did his best. More
Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were honest and explained everything. Most repairs were made, the rattle/clicking noise is still there so I will have to bring it back. Terrible experience Repair shop lied to me and took 2 weeks longer than expected and didn’t properly fix something so I had leave it an addl 2 days, also I have a pending Repair shop lied to me and took 2 weeks longer than expected and didn’t properly fix something so I had leave it an addl 2 days, also I have a pending charge of $300 on my card for the rental they promised to pay after my insurance coverage ran out.
