Bad customer service s, never deal with them, told all the people I know about what they have done with me, bought a car with minor damage and the promise to fix it, and s, never deal with them, told all the people I know about what they have done with me, bought a car with minor damage and the promise to fix it, and then told me come back next day and will arrange appointment with our body shop, after couple days went back and the told me I have to pay it's not free, went back to the salesman Tim he shut the door in my face went to his boss another As**ole he said if it's not written can do anything for you, so I asked him to return the car he made me pay for the tax and bought it back after he cut $5000 and made wait 2 and half months every time I ask him he said still waiting for the title. punch off, thieves. with all the bad experience I had with them I should Advice you guys to stop the deal with them. Liars We went up there to see what they would value our car at for a trade in. Of course, on the spot they were trying to get us to trade in immediately and that they'd give us more money for it blah blah. Well, Ryan was our salesperson and he didn't do a single thing for us and has been completely unhelpful since the sale was completed. The convinced us to trade in by telling us we'd have a lower monthly payment (by $10) for a brand new car. Ok, that sounded good. Go through all the paperwork and turns out it's going to be $20 MORE each month because they didn't think about the sales tax that needs to be added. Asked if they'd do anything for us to compensate for that because we weren't happy with that and the finance guy said, come back on Monday when the owner is here and I'll see what we can do. Ok fine, so we come back Monday, and he tells us the same dollar amount. so we ask about talking to the owner and the finance guy says "oh well you can go talk to him on your way out and see if he can do anything" -- he hadn't even tried to talk to him! It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We were scammed and they were unwilling to work with us. Horrible horrible customer service! More

First time was clogged sunroof drain that caused my car to FLOOD, and they didnt even bother to suck the water out of my floor, now, its oil leak & transm issue; scheduled svc w rental car two days ago, and we come here from west county to find NO RENTAL CAR bc they didnt reserve it when we asked them to. This is the worst dealership ever. If I WON a car from this place I would not take it bc of the HORRIBLE SERVICE. More

Jon had our paperwork ready to go by the time we came up to the dealership, just a few signatures and we were out of there with a beautiful vehicle. Bad to worse I purchased a brand new 2014 Focus and started having problems at 15,000 miles. I was told that, although there was no recall, there was a known defe I purchased a brand new 2014 Focus and started having problems at 15,000 miles. I was told that, although there was no recall, there was a known defect with the clutch in the automatic transmission. I took my car in three times - the first I was told the problem wasn't bad enough, come back when it got worse - to have the clutch replaced. At 12000, the front right ball joint went bad. Everything from the initial purchase until the day I traded it in for a Chevrolet on 10/01/2016 made me swear I will never go back to this dealership. More

Terrible Customer Service! Tried to get an OTD price for my Vehicle and they refused. They told me to go find the best price I could find and that they would beat it by $1,000.0 Tried to get an OTD price for my Vehicle and they refused. They told me to go find the best price I could find and that they would beat it by $1,000.00 They also wanted to profit a minimum of $4,500.00 on my trade in. I have purchased my last four vehicles form them but ever since John left and James took over it's terrible up there. The rudest sales people ever, some even dissed the current management. Wow, I couldn't leave fast enough! Folks anyone who won't give you a an OTD, (out the door) price are NOT competitive and have something to hide. They made a mistake by taking my Build sheet and writing on it, I reached out a grabbed it before I left since it was mine. and they had written on it "We could sell for 36 -37" and they only offered me $31,500.00 but still refused to give me an OTD price to purchase a new vehicle, unbelievable. One salesperson grabbed the paper work out of the Sales Managers hand and said this is family give it to me as he was part of the Sinclair clan, I felt so sorry for Sales Manager as you could see the how bad he felt. Folks, beware this is NOT the place Dave worked so hard to make what use to be a great Dealership, unfortunately it has fallen way down the scale. There are other Dealerships out there that will treat you properly. Dave is rolling over in his grave to be sure! I had told them that I wasn't interested in playing any games but that is exactly what they did. Stay away! You've been informed! More
Poor Customer Service!! Bought vehicle in February of 2016 and 3 months later had multiple problems. Used cars-Get inspected before purchase! Wanted to purchase a used Escape. Quantity is definitely the name of the game here, but be warned about QUALITY. Lots of cars from which to choose. We settled on a 2014 Escape and took it to our mechanic for an inspection before negotiating price. Mechanic advised that the car was very rusted for its age and would not advise purchasing it. Back we went and asked to see cars that they knew would be clean. We picked out a second 2014 Escape and took it to the mechanic. This time the car had serious safety issues including a slash in the tire with cord showing, plus two nails in the same tire, a leaking drive axle (which should still be covered under warranty), rusted and pitted rotors and a heat shield that was torn and causing a fire hazard because it was almost touching the exhaust system. We went back to a new salesman (the first passed us off to another guy) and asked to have the safety issues fixed. He went to talk to his manager, then came back and said he needed to help another customer. Twenty minutes later he came to us again and said the service dept was closed and he couldn't get these items checked out tonight, but he would call us in the morning with a response. He added that since we found all these things wrong with it, they would probably not be able to sell it for the price that was listed but would have to raise the price to cover the repairs. Never heard from him again. If they legitimately missed these items when they bought the car from auction and then put it on their lot, they have some serious quality control problems in their service department. If they did know of these issues, but tried to sell the car anyway, they have some serious safety and morality issues. We were purchasing this car for brand new drivers to use. Scary to think they could have been on the road with this vehicle. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM DAVE SINCLAIR WITHOUT HAVING IT INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC! More
