Your vehicle will sit on their lot. As I'm writing this review, my truck is sitting on their lot for the last 12 days. I have been given four different completion dates. The first excuse As I'm writing this review, my truck is sitting on their lot for the last 12 days. I have been given four different completion dates. The first excuse was that the service adviser forgot that my technician was off on vacation. The next excuse...sorry but your truck is in line waiting for the transmission mechanics to work on. As each deadline approached, the only way I would find out if my truck was ready was for me to call. Never once have I been notified of the progress, or in my case, the lack thereof. Two of the items to be repaired this time, are both items that were not fixed the first time. There was no problems buying the $65,000 truck. Service after the sale is proving to be exhausting!! I'm of the opinion that Dr. Sinclair puts all warranty work behind any pay repairs. Very dissatisfied. Day #13 now. The adviser was going to call me at noon to give me an update (on their lack of progress I'm sure). Of course, no call. At 1:40pm, I called to find out they were just begining to take the transmission out. Almost embarrassing to tell people who ask where truck is...oh, it's been sitting at Dave Sinclair for the last two weeks. Go to Bo is sounding better and better as the dats go by!! More

Bad customer service s, never deal with them, told all the people I know about what they have done with me, bought a car with minor damage and the promise to fix it, and s, never deal with them, told all the people I know about what they have done with me, bought a car with minor damage and the promise to fix it, and then told me come back next day and will arrange appointment with our body shop, after couple days went back and the told me I have to pay it's not free, went back to the salesman Tim he shut the door in my face went to his boss another As**ole he said if it's not written can do anything for you, so I asked him to return the car he made me pay for the tax and bought it back after he cut $5000 and made wait 2 and half months every time I ask him he said still waiting for the title. punch off, thieves. with all the bad experience I had with them I should Advice you guys to stop the deal with them. Liars We went up there to see what they would value our car at for a trade in. Of course, on the spot they were trying to get us to trade in immediately and We went up there to see what they would value our car at for a trade in. Of course, on the spot they were trying to get us to trade in immediately and that they'd give us more money for it blah blah. Well, Ryan was our salesperson and he didn't do a single thing for us and has been completely unhelpful since the sale was completed. The convinced us to trade in by telling us we'd have a lower monthly payment (by $10) for a brand new car. Ok, that sounded good. Go through all the paperwork and turns out it's going to be $20 MORE each month because they didn't think about the sales tax that needs to be added. Asked if they'd do anything for us to compensate for that because we weren't happy with that and the finance guy said, come back on Monday when the owner is here and I'll see what we can do. Ok fine, so we come back Monday, and he tells us the same dollar amount. so we ask about talking to the owner and the finance guy says "oh well you can go talk to him on your way out and see if he can do anything" -- he hadn't even tried to talk to him! It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We were scammed and they were unwilling to work with us. Horrible horrible customer service! More

First time was clogged sunroof drain that caused my car to FLOOD, and they didnt even bother to suck the water out of my floor, now, its oil leak & transm issue; scheduled svc w rental car two days ago, and we come here from west county to find NO RENTAL CAR bc they didnt reserve it when we asked them to. This is the worst dealership ever. If I WON a car from this place I would not take it bc of the HORRIBLE SERVICE. More

I was told that, although there was no recall, there was a known defe I purchased a brand new 2014 Focus and started having problems at 15,000 miles. I was told that, although there was no recall, there was a known defect with the clutch in the automatic transmission. I took my car in three times - the first I was told the problem wasn't bad enough, come back when it got worse - to have the clutch replaced. At 12000, the front right ball joint went bad. Everything from the initial purchase until the day I traded it in for a Chevrolet on 10/01/2016 made me swear I will never go back to this dealership. More
