I called ahead and talked to salesman Joe Palumbo and told him what I was looking for. When I got there Joe had two vehicles with exactly what I wanted up front for me to test drive. Before we did the test drive he explained the differences in the engines and what EcoBoost was. I drove one vehicle and that was all I needed. We went inside and Joe surprised me with all the rebates that were available. That sealed the deal. Thank you Joe Palumbo, Mike Quinney and J.R. Willet for everything you did to help make this a quick and smooth car buying experience! More

Review of service last week 12/8/17 Overall ok, We got in and out on time for the oil change and multi-point inspection.. However, we didn't receive the usual "print-out" of all the ite Overall ok, We got in and out on time for the oil change and multi-point inspection.. However, we didn't receive the usual "print-out" of all the items that were checked/inspected. Two days later the air pressure in all four tires was low and we had to stop at the Auto Tire shop in Oakville to put more air back in. There was no change in outdoor temperature in either day. This makes us wonder if the tires were even inspected and the air pressure checked. We have no way of knowing since we never received any kind of print-out. The technician simply came out and said that "everything is ok", and we were then on our way. More

Mike Havicon (sales person) made sure I knew how to use & set these up, especially connecting my smart phone. I also have all service work taken care of here. Bruce Naes (service dept.) makes sure all work is done correctly & gives great advice on how to keep my Transit running smoothly. More
