Bought a used 2019 f 150 super crew fx4 4x4. We took it for about a 4 mile test drive. After the test drive the salesman told us we needed to put 10 percent down to get financed and that's a lie. Second ju for about a 4 mile test drive. After the test drive the salesman told us we needed to put 10 percent down to get financed and that's a lie. Second just wanted to know my payoff and would never give me numbers on his truck. They low balled my trade about 3 to 4k under nada ruff trade in value. Decided to buy the truck after leaving and thinking it over. You should all ways go with your gut and walk away, but that's my bad. Get into finance and it's all about the extended warranty and it's a hard push for you to buy it. At this point we should have just stood up and walked out. Finally get the truck and head home and notice a vibration in the wheel. Truck had bad front and rear breaks and rotors, but just had a 178 point inspection to be cpo from ford. So called and was told sorry thats a normal wearing of the vehicle. Tried to trade the truck back after just not happy with my purchase and just really getting the run around from the dealer. I will never step foot in this dealership again. If it was the last place on earth to buy a car from I would rather just walk. Buyers be aware they don't give two cents about your repeat business. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars! Back in January I purchased a used 2020 Platinum Ford Explorer from Dave Sinclair. Loved the car until May. I had 3 issues that all started at once. Reverse January I purchased a used 2020 Platinum Ford Explorer from Dave Sinclair. Loved the car until May. I had 3 issues that all started at once. Reverse camera would only work 50% of the time, loud rattling sound from the engine or exhaust, and every time we took it through a car wash the headliner would get soaked and water would run down the back window. I set up an appointment to take it back in June. I showed them everything it was doing when I dropped it off. I was told at that time, “the rattle doesn’t sound normal and these cars just aren’t made to take through car washes, you just have to expect it’s going to leak..” Spend $50,000 on a car that’s not even made to withstand a car wash! I get a call back several days later saying everything is “fixed”. Great! So, I go to pick it up and get in the car, it’s still rattling and the reverse camera still didn’t work. But they did fix a bad seal on the sunroof which was causing the water leak. So, I left it there for them to keep working on it. I go back a few days later once it was “all done” and this time they had replaced the camera which was now working but they were unable to hear any rattle this time and even took a test drive with the service manager Greg. I had Greg come out and listen to it, he said “oh yeah, I can hear it now, that doesn’t sound normal, that’s not what I was listening for.” So, I took it back home and made another appointment. Dropped it off to them for the 3rd time to fix this rattling sound, service man comes out and listens to it, again telling me he can hear it and something doesn’t sound right. I received a phone call a couple days later saying the noise is “normal” they can’t find anything wrong, and 2 other 2020 explorers they have are making the same exact sound. I asked to talk to Greg again and he told me the same story and I could come listen to the other explorers when I come back to pick it up. I immediately got ahold of a Ford Representative and told him what’s going on, and he is still trying to help resolve the issue, but told me to just go pick it up until they can do some more research. So, I go pick it up and talked to Greg. This time he tells me he has 3 2020 explorers and they all make the same sound. I said great let’s go listen to them! “No, no I can’t let you listen to them, but if you want to go somewhere else where one is for sale you can listen to it.” Even though days before he said I could come listen to them anytime I want. I said, well my uncle has the same exact explorer and it’s quiet as can be, just like mine was for the first 3 months of owning it. But he just kept telling me how now it’s normal and it’s just supposed to have that loud rattle. He didn’t even have 3 other explorers there, OR if he did, I can guarantee they weren’t making this noise. It’s embarrassing to even drive. I will never do business again with Dave Sinclair and warn others who think about it. All they care about is making a sale, they don't care about their customers and making things right. More
Bought a used 2016 Ford Edge with 44k+/- miles on it and after pointing out that the tires were worn, was told the tires were in great condition with no worries because Sinclair is a tire dealer. Less than after pointing out that the tires were worn, was told the tires were in great condition with no worries because Sinclair is a tire dealer. Less than 5k miles put on it and the service dept said it needs (4) new tires at the first service appointment. Seriously... This is terrible. Made an 8:00am appointment and checked on it twice throughout the day (11:43am & 2:07pm) because no one called. Was asked twice if I had or owned a sleeping bag when I talked to the service advisor?? Sleeping bag... xxx? He said he was making a joke. They had my vehicle from 6:30am until 3:19pm when I paid for the service and they wanted to make jokes? Furthermore... I was asked to wait in the customer service waiting room and someone would bring my vehicle up and present it to me. 27 minutes later I asked when I could get my vehicle and was told that when the porter brought it up I could have taken it... Thanks for that great communication and customer service. I called and asked to speak with the service mgr. He was very calm but honestly didn't seem as if he was that concerned. I'm not the guy that wants anything for free but being a service mgr. myself... I wasn't offered anything for my troubles other than he'll have to review the tapes to see if what I said truly happened and he would address it. My first and last service appointment with this dealership as a new customer. Absolutely the "WORST" service experience ever with any dealership. Customer service is a joke by the individuals I dealt with and terrible service after scheduling an online appointment. Stay away from this dealer and their sister dealerships. Simply Pathetic... I just purchased my 2015 Honda Civic EX here a couple of days ago and I was very impressed! After a long and rough day with having a terrible service with Napleton, Aaron Jeffers at Dave Sinclair did the jo days ago and I was very impressed! After a long and rough day with having a terrible service with Napleton, Aaron Jeffers at Dave Sinclair did the job that Napleton couldn’t do! He was super friendly, helpful and understanding! The whole process went smoothly, even though my boyfriend and I were a bit late and closer to closing time! He took care of us and we did not feel any pressure whatsoever. I had a great experience! So if anyone wants to purchase a new or used car at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Dave Sinclair and ask for Aaron Jeffers! It was my first time purchasing my first car at this place, and definitely won’t be my last! More

We recently purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon XL. We were less than satisfied with the experience at Dave Sinclair. In fact, the reason we ended up buying the vehicle was solely because it fit what we were looki than satisfied with the experience at Dave Sinclair. In fact, the reason we ended up buying the vehicle was solely because it fit what we were looking for, not due to how the sales process was handled. Actually, In the middle of archaic negotiation process, the sales mgr came over with an attempt to strong arm us, which almost caused us to walk out the door. Keep in mind we had our 4 yr old with us for the over 4 hour long painful process it was to complete the deal. One other item I’d like to call out for the sake of others is that when dealing with finance, he tried to get us to sign before informing of the rate. We have really good credit and I researched the best rates prior to, so I asked what rate we were getting and he informed me that we got the best rate, problem is that it wasn’t the best. So I informed him of better rates in the area and who had them. He scrambled a bit and ultimately got us the better rate through the lender he already had slated (Bank of America), who is obviously their preferred lender, and if I had to bet I would say is the only one he even ran. I could go on with other pain points, but will just summarize by saying that the experience is a great example of why people don’t like interacting with car dealerships. My wife and I aren’t ones to complain. So, we really have to be frustrated to write a review. That being said, I want to end on a positive note. Our sales guy, Aaron Jeffries, was admittedly new to the job and it showed, but he did his best and had a good attitude the whole time. Also, we briefly interacted with one of the service guys (I think his name was Scott) who was by far the best person we dealt with...knowledgeable and straightforward. More

I came to Dave Sinclair in hopes to get a new car after my bad experience at Bommarito Ford. I was very glad I went to this dealership and gave them my business. Not only did they give me what I wanted, my bad experience at Bommarito Ford. I was very glad I went to this dealership and gave them my business. Not only did they give me what I wanted, but I got a 0% interest for the loan life. Which was a huge change from the 7.98 Bommarito was trying to charge me, so i was very happy just with that. From the time i stepped in the dealership I was greeted and even though I was early and went right to work. I had another guy come over while Mike was finding a car for me, and go over the flex plan and tried to initially give me 1.9 or 0% interest. I got approved and as soon as finance was ready i went back and started the paperwork. There was a small snag when i got to the down payment, i said a couple times that i was not putting one down and someone said we were, so the finance guy dropped the cost 1000$ to compensate for that mistake, which blew my mind and would forever cement my business there. My girlfriend will be buying a new car in a couple years and already is ready to go there because of the amazing service i received last night. More
You guys have to do something with your customer waiting area, its the pits! It's situated in the open. Everyone and his dog walks through the area going to and fro the service area not to mention all of area, its the pits! It's situated in the open. Everyone and his dog walks through the area going to and fro the service area not to mention all of the noise from the check in area. My suggestion would be to revamp the waiting area to make it more pleasurable for the customer. Tear down the walls, add new ones, make it more up-scale, and remodel the area. More
