My experience was a frustrating nightmare and a waste of my time. On 11/14/2024 I had my Ford Edge towed to Dave Sinclair Ford being checked in at 1:19pm. Prior to having my car towed there I called and t my time. On 11/14/2024 I had my Ford Edge towed to Dave Sinclair Ford being checked in at 1:19pm. Prior to having my car towed there I called and the service advisor Jennifer assured that they will be able to get my car diagnosed to figure out what was going on with my vehicle no later that Friday 11/15/2024. My car wouldn’t start without a jump, while driving all the lights would start flashing on and off, the center screen would come on and then go off, my gas sensor would randomly go up and down, and when I turn my vehicle off my vehicle screen stays on and says turning engine off to reduce power. My check engine light came on 1 time and then went off shortly after and never came back on. I gave all this information to the service advisor. I was not able to go to work on 11/14/2024. I didn’t hear anything back from Jennifer as I was awaiting for a call on 11/15/2024. I tried calling around noon and was sent to voicemail of Dave Sinclair service department. I called again at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm and was sent to voicemail. I then texted the service line and received to response. I called again at 3:18pm, and 4:02pm and was sent to voicemail. I called again at 4:15pm and the receptionist placed me on hold for the service advisors as I waited for 35mins. A gentleman answered and placed me back on hold for Jennifer as I waited another 10 minutes. She answered and stated my vehicle was not diagnosed because they are not able to get it started. She stated if I give them permission to replace the battery they will be able to get my car diagnosed. I gave them permission and she stated its to late in the day and that it will be put in on Monday. I couldn’t go to work on 11/15, nor 11/16 due to no vehicle. I expressed how they have been at work making money and how they have had horrible communication and now I am paying the price for it. She apologized and said it will be able to be diagnosed on 11/18/2024. I called 11/18/2024 at 2:20pm and was informed that Jennifer was not in, so I asked for the status of my vehicle. I was told by a male service advisor that there is no update to give. I requested to speak to the service manager and I was transferred to Greg. I explained to him the situation and he said I was “lucky” to even get my car looked at so quickly. I stated I wasn’t lucky because I had an appointment booked at Bommarito Ford on 11/15/2024 however Dave Sinclair was closer. He said both my service advisor and technician were off on 11/18/2024 every though my service advisor Jennifer stated my vehicle will be diagnosed on 11/18/2024. Greg stated he will look into it more and give me a call back. Greg called me back at 2:50pm stating there nobody available to put the battery in my vehicle and to do the diagnostic and that I would have to wait until 11/19/2024. I was not able to go to work on 11/18/2024. On 11/19/2024 I called at 12:53pm and Jennifer stated that they will have an update by 3pm and she will give me a call. I did not receive a call, so I called at 4:25pm and 4:27pm and was sent to voicemail. I gotten a ride to Dave Sinclair Ford and arrived at 5:40pm. Jennifer stated that she wasn’t sure if they finished the test drive and went searching for answers. She returned with an invoice for $646.42 and stated the issue was the battery. I was confused on the bill because the battery was replaced prior to the diagnostic so now that’s a padded cost. In addition, I was asking about unprofessionalism and the lack of communication and why it took so long to simply put in a battery. She then walked away to help a customer that walked in even though we were speaking. 20mins went by and she avoided coming back to the cashier desk. I then asked her to come back, and she said she’s busy because they were closing. She then stated I am lucky because the technician is out sick, and she had to convince someone to put the battery in my vehicle. She said she will remove $40 off my to More

Bought my vehicle in 2019 with the agreement that I dont want endless solicitations in the mail. Despite this request, AND repeated online reviews, AND conversations (John Palumbo) AND voicemails I continue want endless solicitations in the mail. Despite this request, AND repeated online reviews, AND conversations (John Palumbo) AND voicemails I continue to recieve solicitations from numerous sales people and when they quit, I get them from Aaron Jeffers. Why do you continue to semd me solicitations. Stop. My vehicle is not for sale. I wouldnt sell it to you anyway. Looking at your employee list, there isnt even an Arron Jeffers listed. Is this even a real person? More
I only got my 21 Ford escape because of the “forever warranty” it came with. The dealer who sold me the car said the powertrain forever warranty was good if I kept documents of my maintenance like oil c warranty” it came with. The dealer who sold me the car said the powertrain forever warranty was good if I kept documents of my maintenance like oil change or kept going directly to Dave Sinclair ford to do it. I wasn’t about to schedule weeks to months in advance to get all my oil changes so I just kept recording my maintenance in my glove box when I went elsewhere. It turns out you also have to call a number for some scammy reason every time you get it done somewhere else too, which was conveniently omitted by the guy who sold me the car. Maybe they gave him a bonus when they saved money by voiding my warranty successfully. Regardless they are adamantly insisting my warranty is void so I am getting rid of the car. More
Rude and unprofessional sales department. Kept asking when I was coming in even though they never sent the buyer's order even though I asked multiple times. When I did get the loan check, my Kept asking when I was coming in even though they never sent the buyer's order even though I asked multiple times. When I did get the loan check, my salesperson was not even in! The place looks as unappealing as the people who you would have to deal with if you choose to buy a car there. More
Curt in service was extremely helpful with my extended warranty when I brought my truck in for a problem. The issue was fixed and I did not have to leave my truck overnight . We went to Dave Sinclair since they have the best prices online for new cars. Our sales person was friendly and helpful although it was very chaotic and busy while we were there and I didn’t feel like we ha online for new cars. Our sales person was friendly and helpful although it was very chaotic and busy while we were there and I didn’t feel like we had his full attention (I probably should have scheduled an appt). We were offered 4k under Kelly Blue Book on our trade in. We finally got them to raise the price after going back and forth with them. While this was going on we saw an employee belittling another employee and overheard snide and snarky comments about people’s trade ins. I received a great interest rate but was then pressured to buy an extended warranty on my new 2023 Bronco Sport. After telling the finance guy no various times he had some condescending comments and questions asking if “I really understood how expensive repairs are on new cars are today”. After almost 6 hours we finally got to leave with my new car which I love. Two weeks later the paperwork arrives in the mail and guess what! They didn’t include the sales taxes in my loan payments which I asked for 2 different times. The finance guy was so big on pushing the extended warranty he didn’t listen to what I requested. Now I need to come up with 3K for the DMV to pay the sales taxes. Also they charged us $800 for resistall which I was told was already included in the price of the car (What a scam!). I will NEVER again go to this dealership- Crappy customer service and questionable employee ethics. BEWARE!!!! More
Pretty Tricky! Basically everything you fear when taking your car to a mechanic. Took my vehicle in for a recall repair. 10 minutes after leaving the service dep Basically everything you fear when taking your car to a mechanic. Took my vehicle in for a recall repair. 10 minutes after leaving the service department my engine light came on (has never done so before). Returned & explained the odd “coincidence”. They insisted it was unrelated to the work they had done an hour before. Tried to charge me almost $600. After an unpleasant conversation with the service manager, they told me I was “welcome” twice as they would comp the “repair”. The 20 minute labor charge was $399, so basically their labor is $1200 per hour according to their “gift” receipt. More
