Car Service for 105,000 maintenance. Chris Taylor Service Advisor always have pleasant personality very courtesy every time I come in for my car to be service. Bad Service I thought of checking my odometer yesterday and found that my oil life was at 20% and no sticker was attached! How come? I just had my car serviced fo I thought of checking my odometer yesterday and found that my oil life was at 20% and no sticker was attached! How come? I just had my car serviced for oil change, airbag recall and wiper adjustment at the end of August this year and even waited for almost 3 hours to get it done. I rely on Mungenast Honda shop for 15 years now only to be let down by this inefficiency! So now I have to go back and wait for who knows how long just to get the wiper fixed because it was not done the first time and get an oil sticker since the oil life setting cannot be reset anymore. More

2001 Civic Still Going Strong My 2001 Honda Civic had another milestone- major leaks in the radiator and the head gasket. It was a sneaky leak as it dripped onto other parts of t My 2001 Honda Civic had another milestone- major leaks in the radiator and the head gasket. It was a sneaky leak as it dripped onto other parts of the engine and did not make it to the ground. When I came in for my regular oil change, the Service Greeter that met me, and held open my car door, smelled a strong sweet burning odor that should be checked out. They checked out my car really quickly. Service Advisor Chris Taylor gave me a cost estimate and explained all the work necessary to make the repair. I received a free loaner car until the repair was completed the next day. Much thanks to Certified Technicians R. Stevens and Tim Washington. And as always, to Chris Taylor. Chris is wonderful letting me know what is going on, explaining the repair and cost and any applicable discounts. So keeping my 2001 a little longer. Would not go anywhere else for service. More

Excellent for people with children! Thank you Mungenast for having a waiting room for people with kids. Parents thank you and so do people without kids I'm quite sure. I don't have to dread having 3 kids with me and waiting, they are happy to play and aren't annoying anyone else. The bathrooms are nice too with a diaper changing station. The place is clean and nice and the service advisors are very polite and helpful. More
