I will never use them again for service. They caused us a $2400 repair as a result of negligent and false information provided to my husband. Our 2013 Honda car was making a noise, so naturally we took it to Mungenast. We were told that the noise was in the engine due to loose part and was not recommended to open the engine to repair as this would be cost prohibitive. The technician did not believe there was any harm at driving the car as such. My husband then decided to continue to drive the car a few months with the assurance that was conveyed to him that there was no concern. I became worried and asked him to take the car to another dealership for a 2nd opinion. Today we were told we need the VTC Actuator replaced and possibly the Timing Chain. All together we are looking at a $2400 repair cost. Finally to make matters worst, I had my oil change yesterday at Mungenast, but when I collected my car, the dashboard still stated 30% Oil life. In the best case scenario the technician just forgot to switch a button to restate the oil life but at worst they did not change my oil. I have 0 confidence in their ability and will not be returning as a customer. More

Keeps it reliable and safe. Service Advisor Chris Taylor always takes care of me. Reviews what I noticed about the car, advises about any scheduled services needed and cost estimates. This time had a 30K maintenance plus oil change. Chris lets me know how to do the most cost effective maintenance. This time one of their expert technicians Mike Deckard worked on my car. Because of Chris and techs like Mike have been going there for years. More
I am very disappointed with the service I received when I called to make an appointment. The lady was very rude on the phone when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I have always taken my vehicles to g called to make an appointment. The lady was very rude on the phone when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I have always taken my vehicles to get serviced here and everyone used to be extremely friendly but the last time I went in I stood there waiting for someone to wait on me for 5 minutes and had multiple people walk by and not once ask if I needed help. I’m very disappointed because I have always brought my Honda vehicles here Since 2005 and have bought multiple vehicles and now they lost a loyal customer. More

Wheel/rim Repair With only 10,000 miles on my new car, I accidentally rubbed my back wheel on a curb and I honestly didn’t think it could be repaired. I called my salesman Kurt Marty and he reassured me it more than likely could be fixed . Tracy Peters in the service department was wonderful to deal with. I needed a loaner car and also needed my car completed no later than 3 PM on Friday. Tracy called the company that does the repairs to confirm they could meet the deadline. Not only did I get my car on time but the rim looks amazing! It was damaged badly in two places and somehow they fixed it. I also need to add the fact that Tracy is a very patient man.....I’m sure I tested his patience that night. Ha. Thank you Kurt and Tracy!! More
Trade with Rob Carroll We were looking to make a decision to trade in either my 2011 Honda Pilot or my wife's CR-V 2014. Our goal was to have the most economical choice and We were looking to make a decision to trade in either my 2011 Honda Pilot or my wife's CR-V 2014. Our goal was to have the most economical choice and have a vehicle that was comfortable for trips with good gas mileage. Historically we have always used the Pilot for trips as the 2014 was not as comfortable for me and had more road noise. As the Pilot has 85,000 miles and continues to be a great vehicle with all service done by your shop and has the room to haul things, I didn't really want to lose that convenience. Rob worked with us and the best economical trade was the 2014 CR-V. Until Rob pointed out all of the improvements of the CR-V 2018, I was skeptical. After driving the Touring CR-V 2018 and experiencing the driving and the increased interior size, my wife and I chose to make the trade from her 2014. Rob was professional and listened to our needs. He was informative and down to earth without being patronizing or pushy. My wife had spoke to a different sales person earlier in the year when she had her car in for service about the 2018 pilots and potential for trading my Pilot. As it turned out, timing is of the essence and Rob did a great job of working with us and making the best deal for us. We are loyal customers with several Honda purchases and use the service department exclusively for our cars! Wishing you continued success and personal thanks to Rob! More

I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car into the service center. I made an appointment online, but Dan made sure everything I had entered was correct. I waited in the awesome waiting area facility (3-4 areas of comfortable seating and a quiet area in a room, coffee and snacks provided) while they figured out what exactly was wrong and how long it would take. He offered me a loaner car if I needed one which I ended up taking. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to get my car the next day. More
