Service agent was very helpful in determining what services my car needed. We only have one car. My wife took the car in, and the agent provided a loaner car since service would not be finished quickl services my car needed. We only have one car. The service technicians are professional, knowledgeable and never try to add service that is not needed. They do inform me with something is close to being needed to replaced, filled etc., on my next oil c and never try to add service that is not needed. Tom Linder service writer was so very accommodating to us. A large piece of wood hit the underside of the car and Tom got us in promptly No leaks no damage other than repairing the shield protecting par us.
