My son brought his car for a recall. He drove 40 minutes to the appointment. He set this up weeks in advance and then when he got there because of his age, they told him he could not get He drove 40 minutes to the appointment. He set this up weeks in advance and then when he got there because of his age, they told him he could not get a loaner car. I understand the age limit, but that should’ve been known well ahead of time prior to him driving all that way. More

Wonderful to work with. I love going to this dealership for service. My only complaint is the search to find my car after it's finished. Especially on a day like the day I h I love going to this dealership for service. My only complaint is the search to find my car after it's finished. Especially on a day like the day I had service where it's raining and I'm walking all over to find my car. Another customer was doing the same thing. Not fun to be searching in cold wet rain trying to find my car. It would be great for there to be a closer spot for car pick up when service has been completed. More
Fast, friendly & efficient. only issue was that that warranty was not in the computer system. Tracy had to check with Finance Dept.
