Honda financial services was called 3 times so far to send us a copy of our property tax PAID for 2022 and 2023. This has delayed our ability to get our license renewed. I was due for an oil change - per the dashboard code. I went online and scheduled that with ease. I pulled in and Chris Taylor was standing there with clip board in hand waiting for me. I got out; he got the mileage and then we moved to the counter. My mileage was 23,500 so it was suggested while I was there to get the rest of the 25,000 mile service which was explained as well as cost - I went ahead and did since I was already there. Once that was complete, they washed my car and I was on my way again. It is usually quick; and the service team seems to know their stuff. More
Whenever I bring my 2023 Honda CRV for service I make my appointment with Tracy Peters. He is very knowledgeable and I trust he will recommend what is needed to keep my CRV in great condition. It seems as though every time I take the car in for an oil change I walk out after spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars more than I thought I did. It seems to me that the service reps care more about their “add on” or found problem issues than they care about the integrity of your dealership. Please keep a tighter reign on these folks. It’s pretty sad. More
