I feel that the item replaced, the purge control solenoid, should have been covered by either my 5 year 60000 mile warranty or the extended warranty which Honda had issued on the emission control sy solenoid, should have been covered by either my 5 year 60000 mile warranty or the extended warranty which Honda had issued on the emission control system on these Ridgelines. I was told that my particular VIN number was not included in the extended warranty. Since this was a known problem on Ridgelines I do not know why my vehicle was excluded and I had to pay for this repair out of my own pocket. More

Kyle Gaffney went above and beyond when it came to service. He checked our extended warranty which enabled us to have an additional service that day. Mr. Gaffney procured a rental car for us to use wh service. He checked our extended warranty which enabled us to have an additional service that day. Mr. Gaffney procured a rental car for us to use while our car was being serviced. If Kyle would not have checked our warranty, we would have had to schedule another appointment at a future date. Since we live out of state, Kyle saved us time and made using Dave Mungenest more convenient. More
