Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda - Service Center

I purchased my car in March. It is a 2019 Chevy Impala. The brakes are already out on it ! I got an extended warranty paid $1 million for that and the service app wanted to charg It is a 2019 Chevy Impala. The brakes are already out on it ! I got an extended warranty paid $1 million for that and the service app wanted to charge me six $700 to repair brakes and rotors.. On a car I’ve only had a few months very disappointed.. I was told the extended warranty will cover everything… nope … I realize brakes are a maintenance issue … but I had not had the car but a few months … i feel like I was being overcharged possibly because it was a Chevrolet and not a Honda lol.. I will have to find a mechanic in my area in Hillsboro… That I can pay half of that price! I went to school with Dave so I thought I’d try to support at least his preowned… They had to remove the heat plate also. And when I got in my car to leave after they had it for a few days, my car had mud dirt and oil stains all over the inside of the drivers side! More

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The staff took the time to make sure that I was understanding the information given to me. I prefer to come to the dealership for my oil changes.
