From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Bob Olander (sales) and Dan Larson (manager) who were both very friendly and positive. After talking with Bob for a few minutes, telling us he was going to get the best price on the vehicle we picked, payments, down payments and figures on our trade-in. We knew we were going to buy a vehicle from him because almost every dealership didn't even give us a price to buy the new vehicle for, which doesn't make sense to me. So after about 20 minutes which Bob went to get our car appraised, Bob had already picked out the vehicle we wanted to test drive. We both got a chance to drive the vehicle on the highway and had alot of questions about color and options. When we got back to the dealership Bob answered all of our questions and had explained several different payment options including leasing. We decided to finance this time but I think we will be leasing our new vehicle from Bob very soon. My husband and I were very impressed with Bob's product knowledge and his ability to answer all of our questions without having to check with the manager everytime. More

My husband and I in our 50 years of togetherness have purchased a few new cars and have spent several grueling hours in the process. I now do the purchasing alone. The last car purchased I spent over six hours, after making the selection, waiting for the salesman to go back and forth trying to get to an acceptable price. It was not a pleasant experience. I say all this to say my experience with St. Louis Honda and Mike Banaskavich was nothing like I have experienced before. Upon arrival at the dealership, told Mike the accessories desired and suddenly those cars appeared. I chose the car and next day drove to the dealership to pick it up. Within an hour I had finished the paperwork with a very capable and fine gentleman, Ivo Saric and was ready to go home. Mike was very knowledgeable of the product, never a hesitation to whatever was asked, be it engineering, navigation or appearance. He was not high pressure, which I detest. Overall St. Louis Honda and Mike were a very pleasant and positive experience and I would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to returning from time to time for the necessary routine service, car wash and say "Hi" to friends. St. Louis Honda is a very friendly, inviting and happy environment and a fun place to go shopping for a car. More

My dealer was Josh Ulrich. My original visit to St. Louis Honda was to look at the 2010 Fit Sport. I did not have time to take it for a test drive when I was there. He was very patient with my while I decide if I wanted the Fit Sport or The Honda Insight. Upon making my decision Josh explained to me features the Hybrid had and what to expect when driving it. Ivo Saric was in charge of my financing. While taking care of my financing he explained to me what I was signing and the options I could choose. He sold me my first Honda in 1997, and he remembered me. He was a great salesman and is also a great financer. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was a very good experience. Josh and Ivo did a great job making sure I choose the right car for me. I love my new 2010 Honda Insight. More

It took us a LONG time to make the deal with Clayton because of our indecisions.
