Randy and Ivo promised they wouldn't take a lot of my time and they didn't. Both were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Both insured things were constantly moving; from getting the cars I wanted to s time and they didn't. Both were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Both insured things were constantly moving; from getting the cars I wanted to see, going on test drives, appraising my vehicle, etc. There was always something in motion, no down time. And I appreciated the lack of pressure to buy things I don't want. All in all it was a very smooth process. I would gladly recommend Randy and Ivo to friend and co-workers. I could not be more satisfied with the recent purchase of my 2009 Pilot. Salesperson Shan Herwig's professionalism and prompt communication made the sales experience a delight. I had done quite a bit of due my 2009 Pilot. Salesperson Shan Herwig's professionalism and prompt communication made the sales experience a delight. I had done quite a bit of due dilligence in pricing and driving other manufacturer's vehicles but, when I drove it, none could match the driving experience, as well as the price. In fact, my mother-in-law, my wife and I all drive Hondas purchased from St. Louis Honda. Their services department has always went out of their way to make our service experience as pain-free as possible by giving us accurate estimates on both the time it would take and the total cost. For all of these reasons, there is an excellent chance that when we replace my wife's Honda van, our new vehicke will come from St. Louis Honda. Best Regards, Perry Malone More
St. Louis Honda continues to go above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership on the service side. We have to drive about 20 minutes to get there, but it's worth the extra time. Not only are the c would expect from a dealership on the service side. We have to drive about 20 minutes to get there, but it's worth the extra time. Not only are the customer service people friendly, considerate and up front, but each time we go back, they've made some kind of improvement. The most recent time, to my GREAT surprise, they have remodeled the waiting room (again) and have added a room just for kids! It has a flat panel TV that was tuned to a kids TV station, two comfortable tables and benches, and a ton of toys, coloring books and markers and crayons. My 5 and 2 year old were so excited. I was dreading that particular wait, because it was raining outside and most times I take the kids out in the lot while we're waiting. The time went so fast my kids were sad to have to go. St. Louis Honda exceeds all my expectations and each time I buy a car, I will buy it there. More
My daughter and I went to St. Louis Honda and she bought a new Honda Civic. the sales person, Shan, was most helpful ... spending a lot of extra time with my daughter as she was not sure of just what vehic a new Honda Civic. the sales person, Shan, was most helpful ... spending a lot of extra time with my daughter as she was not sure of just what vehicle she wanted. We went on a est drive and our sales person was very knnowledgeable about the vehicle. We then went through the finance manager, who was also very helpful and explained the different purchase plans and other waranty options. It was a surprisingly nice experience. More
Candace was the kindest sales person i have ever dealt with. I have been to multiple dealerships and no one was as kind or hardworking as Candace was. She has gone above and beyond my expectations. I bought my Honda six years ago and I will continue to buy from Dave Mungenast. Everyone that works there is outstanding. I'm currently thinking about buying an Insight or Pilot if I can get the "genero buy from Dave Mungenast. Everyone that works there is outstanding. I'm currently thinking about buying an Insight or Pilot if I can get the "generous credit" the government is offering and a good deal/price from the dealership. I would be interested in knowing the details. When I bought my Honda six years ago I felt I felt the pricing wasn't the best. But because I wanted a Honda I paid top price. My sales person was John Cook and I would like to talk to him about purchasing another vehicle from him. I think Honda products are one some of the best out there on the market. I will no longer buy GM or Chrysler. More
Shan contacted me by email to let me know about good deals on 2009 FIT's. I came in to look at the car while I was having mine serviced. Shan talked with me, but I was unhappy with the deal. The next da deals on 2009 FIT's. I came in to look at the car while I was having mine serviced. Shan talked with me, but I was unhappy with the deal. The next day I received a $500 rebate coupon in my email in box. That was all I needed to go back and make a deal. Shan was great! She got me the color my wife wanted and we are now driving a 2009 FIT. I recommend you contact Shan and see what a deal she can make for you. More
We were replacing a competitor's minivan I had driven for 220,000 miles, so I had high expectations. The Odyssey's styling and features led us to Honda. I did my homework on the internet before coming in f 220,000 miles, so I had high expectations. The Odyssey's styling and features led us to Honda. I did my homework on the internet before coming in for a test drive. Shan and Ivo were friendly and helpful, never pushy, giving us the time and space we needed to make our decision. We came to terms easily and feel that we got a great value on our new car. We came back for the interior and exterior Scotchguard protection and were treated with friendliness and courtesy in the service department. We also like the free car washes benefit! More
Our experience at your dealership was outstanding! Ivo Our experience at your dealership was outstanding! Ivo treated us with patience and respect, something that other dealerships tremendously lack. He Our experience at your dealership was outstanding! Ivo treated us with patience and respect, something that other dealerships tremendously lack. He spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we understood the transaction as well as reviewing all of the features of our new Odyssey. Everyone at the dealership was warm and inviting. We have four children, and usually when we enter a place of business, there is a great deal of eye-rolling and avoidance by sales people. Everyone at St. Louis Honda made us feel at ease and eager to be of assistance. Thank you again for making the purchare of our new van a pleasant experience! More
this is the 2nd time in 3yrs i have had issue here. i make over 100g's year, i know i am upside down. but the sm never called back, still never has, i called. now i have left 3 messages with finance guy make over 100g's year, i know i am upside down. but the sm never called back, still never has, i called. now i have left 3 messages with finance guy, no response. I have a trade in that is upside down a bunch. i really wanted a ridgeline. i know it would be tough for them to do the deal. i was looking at a demo ridgeline with 5800 miles. the initial "haggling" which i absolutely hate, came back with what i feel was nothing off that vehicle. i asked him about it, and he said they took $2000 off it, it's new. i told him it's not new, it's used, that comes to 36000 miles in one year. that is high miles as you want to say about my '04 lexus with 87000. he said customers dont understand they have the same cost in it. i wasn't born yesterday and the idea i am ignorant infuriates me. the ridgeline is NOT new! it has 6000 miles on it. anyway i walked out, mad. i wanted the vehicle bad, so i called. i then sent in an app online after talking with mike hilis again. of course, i had to call. well, i never heard anything, so i called again on thursday. he said they are working on it. i went by the place at 715, it was closed, because no one still called me. friday comes, i go in at around 530. Mike hilis is gone for the evening and i wait to speak with mr. lawson the finance guy. he was nice and told me he is trying his best and has a call into honda as he is going up the ladder. he said iwas approved for 35k from honda but i needed 47 for the deal due to me being upside down. i again took the opportunity to voice my opinion that that ridgeline is NOT new and the dealership needs to come down on it. he said even if they come down 5 grand we still have an issue with 7 grand. he told me to call him after 1030 saturday. so i called at noon, left message. i called at 4 no answer to his direct line. i again called about 30 minutes ago and again, left a message. No one at this location will call anyone back. i had this same issue 3 years ago. it's ashame, i bought a honda element there 4 or 5 years ago and loved it, was the best running vehicle i ever owned. now i want a ridgeline, make $110000 ayear, am upside down i understand that, but no one can call me back. I don't think this location wants a sale and if they do then it has HORRIBLE customer service to the point i won't shop there again. i gave this location a second chance. a friend of mine just bought himself and referred his mom in there. I am a regional manager and the number one complaint my gm's get from customers is that the store doesn't call them about their service issues. i have to counsel my people all the time on that, but i will NOT let my company get a bad name or turn a customer against us. i do what it takes to make them happy, thats customer service. the key is, calling someone back. you are in retail, you sell for a living, but don't call people, your customers, potential customers back??? i really felt like the sales person would be calling me desperate for a sale this time of the economic woes or anytime for that matter. but no, he has NEVER called me, not once. so i dont' think they want to make sales there and if that is the way sales people are in this business nowadays, i don't feel sorry for one auto company going under, foreign or domestic. you don't care about the customer, they will bite back. if someone wants to get the deal done with me, or at the least tell me they don't want my business or can't get the deal done, that would be nice. thank you brad martin 314 853 7345 More
