I came into St. Louis Honda thinking I was not going to be able to find a resonable deal on their Honda C with a great first-time buying experience. I came into St. Louis Honda thinking I was not going to be able to find a resonable deal on their Honda Civics and find myself bombarded with pushy salesmen; however, my time there proved to be quite different. Rick Murphy was considerate, listened to my car needs and wants, and worked his hardest to provide that for me. I never felt pushed into buying a car and ultimately was able to buy a new car that fit me perfectly. I love my Honda Civic and would encourage anyone to visit Rick Murphy at St. Louis Honda. I had a great new car sales experience with Mike. He is very genuine and looks out for the customer's interests, which is very rare these days with new car sales. Honestly, I was not looking forward to car shopping. I had recently been in a car accident which totaled my fantastic Honda Civic--granted it was a 2001 with over 150,000 miles, but it still did the job!! had recently been in a car accident which totaled my fantastic Honda Civic--granted it was a 2001 with over 150,000 miles, but it still did the job!! When people asked me what kind of new car was I thinking about getting, I did not hesitate to say "another Honda". I had never been to St Louis Honda on Lindbergh, but it was close to my home and it looked like they had a great selection. We had not been on the lot for very long when Josh came up to us and asked us if he could be of assistance. Once we told him our interest in the Civic, he immediately asked if we wanted to take it out for a test drive. That was great--I didn't even have to ask! On our short trip around the neighborhood, he explained all the new safety features that had been added since my 2001 Civic, which I really appreciated because of my recent accident. Once we returned to the dealership, I knew that it was the right car for me. I decided to be different and go with four doors this time around instead of two; my only real choice that I spent a little time on was the interior color. Again, Josh immediately volunteered to get the black Civic with the grey/silver interior that was not within a short walking distance. I found that I preferred that one in the end. He went through all the paperwork very thoroughly and answered every question that I had. I was told that my car would be available for pick up on Tuesday (I had two options added). Josh called me on Monday to let me know that my spoiler had been ordered, and he would follow up with me on Tuesday. Josh called me on Tuesday, and let me know that the car was ready as promised. He made sure to go over the owner's manual as well as all of the vehicle's features. As I drove away in my new Civic, I was confident that I made the right choice in both the car and the dealership. WE WERE RELIEVED TO FINALLY FIND A USED CAR SALESMAN THAT WAS MILD MANNERED, NOT HIGH PRESSURE AND LISTENED TO US MORE THAN HIMSELF! THE PRICE NEGOTIATING WAS FAIRLY QUICK. THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T RATE ALL WAS MILD MANNERED, NOT HIGH PRESSURE AND LISTENED TO US MORE THAN HIMSELF! THE PRICE NEGOTIATING WAS FAIRLY QUICK. THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T RATE ALL GREAT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 1 FINANCIAL PERSON, THE OTHER WAS GREAT, AND INFORMED US HOW TO GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AT A LATER DATE, AND NOT FINANCE IT WITH CAR PURCHASE! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK WICHMAN. More

With out a doubt, the best and most enjoyable car buying experience! I especially single out Rick Brennan, whose courteous and friendly interaction made the experience so positive. He met with my wife and I when we first began to explore the possibilites of what we needed, noted our budget and the time frame we were thinking about. Rick sent us updates of what became available, including images and descriptions. For the vehicle we purchased, Rick contacted us the day the Civic came in trade, images of the car and the level of detail we needed to come in that evening for a test drive. We were immediately aware that this was EXACTLY what we wanted and agreed to the purchase on the spot. We took possession of the car the next day and have been very pleased with the quality of the product. The whole transaction was a great experience (when was the last time somebody could day that about buying a car?) and Rick has kept in touch, which we really appreciate. As a family, we plan to purchase a CR-V in the near future and Rick will be the first person with whom we speak. My rating 5 stars...simply the BEST! More
My husband and I were in the market for a used Buick Enclave. Shan and Dave were searching for the exact color, model, etc. for us. Within 24 hours one was found but it was held up at an auction lot. In the meantime, Shan called and asked if I would be interested in looking at a Cadillac SRX. I didn't know anything about the vehicle but said we would be interested in looking. Shan actually drove it to my place of employment where I was able to look at and test drive it. I loved it! My husband looked at it and we both agreed it was the perfect vehicle for us. Within a week, the car was detailed, serviced and delivered. Financing was obtained through the dealership as well. All in all, it was a seemless transaction. We appreciate the forsight that Shan and Dave had when they encountered the Cadillac and thought it might meet our needs. We appreciate the convenience and courtesy that Shan exhibited by bringing the car to my workplace. Thank you so very much for the excellent customer service and fast delivery. I was test driving multiple cars when I came into St Louis Honda. I was introduced to Randy Graves. I explained to Randy that I was having some back problems and was trying to decide between multiple Louis Honda. I was introduced to Randy Graves. Randy had no problem letting me drive multiple cars between 4 cyl and 6 cyl & cloth and leather. From personal experience, not all dealerships are willing to let you do this. Randy was very helpful and knowledgable about the Honda product. He was not pushy but very attentitive and made me feel very comfortable in taking my time deciding. I have to say Randy was the easiest sales person I have ever worked with. I would also like to point out that I was introduced to many people all thanking me for taking the time to come in to visit their dealership. Out of the 6 different dealerships I test drove at, St Louis Honda is the only one that did that. I think St Louis Honda has a great idea of customer relations. More

Gave me a good price on my trade-in. All this and not a bit of pressure to hurry and make a deal.When we picked up our SUV, he took the time to help us set up some of the features that we were going to use and explained others.Told us if we had any question that we could call him anytime, and he would help us in any way.Other people at the dealership were friendly too, offering us water or coffee.asking if they could help us.
