Mike was a great salesman. From the second we walked in the door he was there to help. He was not pushy like some sales people are and he was very respective with whatever decisions I made. Ken was great to work with. He was patient with us and always offered friendly, good advice. He took all of our concerns to the next level and helped satisfy us when there was the potential for us to be always offered friendly, good advice. We purchased a used vehicle from Ken and we were troubled to find out that this vehicle had a known issue that is common to most others like it (2007 V6 Accord). Ken took our concern to management and they worked with us to buy that vehicle back so that we could purchase a different one. We did purchase a new 4 cylinder Accord from Ken and we are very happy. Not only for the car but for the service that we were given by Ken and his team. I've purchased a few vehicles in my time and Ken has by far been the most customer focused sales person I've come across. I feel as though we are now friends and look forward to working with him in the future. More

Cris was attentive to my requirements for a new car. He went above and beyond the call of duty in attending to my auto needs. Being new new in town, and not knowing my directions in a new city, he voluntee went above and beyond the call of duty in attending to my auto needs. While I was waiting I ran into Kenny and asked a question, he answered it and off I went, after thinking about it for a while I came back and asked some more questions. That was when it happened Kenny started showing me the features of the Ridgeline and insisted that I take a test drive. I was sold. The only bad part was how long it takes to do the paperwork to get me and the new truck out the door. More
