Ken was great to work with. He was patient with us and always offered friendly, good advice. He took all of our concerns to the next level and helped satisfy us when there was the potential for us to be always offered friendly, good advice. We purchased a used vehicle from Ken and we were troubled to find out that this vehicle had a known issue that is common to most others like it (2007 V6 Accord). Ken took our concern to management and they worked with us to buy that vehicle back so that we could purchase a different one. We did purchase a new 4 cylinder Accord from Ken and we are very happy. Not only for the car but for the service that we were given by Ken and his team. I've purchased a few vehicles in my time and Ken has by far been the most customer focused sales person I've come across.
