We came in on a Wednesday and she showed us a vehicle in the showroon as it was a windy cold day that day. She answered our questions and was professional and not at all "pushy." Oh, we did test drive it as well. She called 2 days later to say it had been reduced $2,000! I had thought about it and wanted to speak with her further! I went over later in the morning and bought it! She was great. It was neat to work with a female in making the purchase of the vehicle! I intend to call her with any questions or issues I may have. I bought my first Honda in 2002 from St. Louis Honda, another in 2009, and this 2008 used Odyssey while having service done on my 2002 Odyssey. From service to purchase they are pleasant, courteous, and they follow up on every service performed. The last two vehicles were new and this is my first experience with the uses car dept. and am completely satisified with the attention given to make sure I made the right choice on my purchase. I tell all my contacts to purchase their cars at St. Louis Honda. Some have not listened and I hear the problems they are having with their dealers. My parents have 2 Hondas that they purchased from St. Louis Honda so when it came time for me to replace my 2000 Pontiac Firebird I went to St. Louis Honda. I was not disappointed. Mike Banaskavich was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect car. St. Louis Honda had the lowest price and their extras are super (ree car washes, state inspections & $240 in maintenance coupons). And you can't beat 0% financing. Dave Gierse, Business Manager was very helpful in xplaining the various after market products and extended warranties. Overall I would rate my experience as exceptional. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with my new Honda Accord. More

I encountered a very helpful sales team and they accommodated when I couldn't find the exact car I was looking for. They negotiated a fair price and made sure I knew everything about their facility accommodated when I couldn't find the exact car I was looking for. They negotiated a fair price and made sure I knew everything about their facility after purchase (service, parts, accessories, other Honda products.)Every employee with whom I interacted knew their products and acted professionally but were not pushy. I had been looking at another manufacturer but was impressed by the Honda quality, reliability record, simplicity of choices, and no "surprises" at purchase or any additional hard sells. Although I was hesitant to buy an extended warranty, I did because of the extensive electronics included on my Pilot. I opted for the 8 year, 120,000 mile Honda Care option that has me covered for nearly anything I can imagine. I also spent less than I had planned so I ended up very happy with my new Pilot. I have a navigation system, Bluetooth, and complex audio system that require some expertise to use but the sales team was helpful to show me how to use them. They also invited to come in any time if I couldn't figure something out and they would help. I haven't taken them up yet on this offer but may just to test them! Overall, I would recommend buying a Honda from this dealer to any who would ask. More
These guys are awesome! I went in just to take a look and Mr. Maxey put me in an excellent vehicle at an awesome price. And the thing that really put the whole deal over the top was the financing. They shopped around and found an option for only 3.45% interest! On a used vehicle! My experience with these gentleman was fantastic and I can not say enough about how great they are. Thanks so much, Mr. Maxey and Mr. Barr! Oh, yea. I forgot to mention the follow up service. This dealership cares so much about offering you a higher level of service than the next place that they call within a day or two and double check to make sure you've had the best car buying experience possible. Amidst all the flurry of paperwork and my hurrying to get to school, we forgot to swap out the battery in the key fob. I mentioned this to their follow up person and Mr. Maxey called me back himself so that we could take care of it. That's the kind of thing that businesses everywhere could take a lesson from. More
