I had found "my" car on the website. Rick contacted me shortly after my submission for more information. The service from the sales was excelent to say the least. As for the service dept. Telling me that I may have a new used vehicle that may have had an odometer rollback was very dis- heartening to me. I had to miss a day of work due to the service dept trying to figure it out. They took the dash apart and removed the valve cover and took several hours to verify the mechanics theory. I will still continue to service my vehicle at Honda but did suffer a very large and scary experience. Elmer Watson worked with me at every angle as well as the other pre owned sales dept. Great service and great product. Michael was very knowledgeable about the automobile, and took the time to show me all of the great features of my new purchase. When demonstrating the car, he wasn't knowledgeable about the automobile, and took the time to show me all of the great features of my new purchase. When demonstrating the car, he wasn't pushy, and was super friendly and supportive during the entire process. The same can be said for Ivo. He took the time to explain all of the finance procedures and each feature and figure along the way. Overall, it was a great experience. Buying a new car can be very stressful, but these two gentlemen really assisted me in not feeling any of the anxiety at all during the process. The reason I went back the Dave Mungenast Honda is because of Rick. Rick is a straight shooter and very pleasant. He goes out of his way to make the customer comfortable. He was the most open and honest service manager I have ever dealt with. He went way beyond what I ever imagined when describing what they did with the car to get it ready for re-sale. Even things that he knew needed to be done he was honest and telling mw what those issues were. He did not try to hide anything. Everyone I ran across at the dealship was top notch. Very good experience. St. Louis Honda had the exact car we wanted at a fair price. The car was ready for pickup when we requested. It was spotless and had a full tank of gas.
