I wanted to surprise my wife with a Honda Civic for Christmas so, I contacted St. Louis Honda (& other dealerships) through the internet. After a series of e-mails in which I 'tweaked' my requirements, we agreed upon a specific in-stock vehicle. Mr. Graves & St. Louis Honda worked with me to finalize the surprise for my wife on Christmas weekend. (Mr. Graves even loaned me a big red ribbon to attach to the top of the vehicle - just like the ads on TV!) With the help of some dear friends, my wife (& sons & daughter-in-law) was completely surprised when she opened the door to the garage & found a 'wrapped' Civic waiting for her. I had a 50,000 mile maintanence done (the check engine light pops on for this), for my 2005 CRV. This includes an oil change and tire rotation. The Mungenast service team failed to rotate my tires. I marked my tires with chalk and wrote down distinguishing marks of each of my tires and where they were positioned. If they fail to do something as simple as rotate tires I would be very leary of other work. I don't even trust that they changed my oil. More

St. Louis Honda officially has me as a customer for life. I turned in my 2008 Odyssey lease and got a 2011 Pilot and the entire process was fast and efficient. Since getting my Odyssey I had gotten divorced and was anxious about being able to get another car by myself. Paul Hartge asked all the right questions, found out exactly what I wanted, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (which I greatly appreciated). I told him the payment I was comfortable with and he made it happen. This new car is my third lease with Honda; I return not only because of the quality of the car but also because of the consistently excellent service I receive from the dealership as well as Honda Finance.
