I found the experience to be a good one. Patty Bianco was very professional,very friendly and persistent. I really wanted to buy the Honda Accord. We went to St. Louis Honda specifically to test drive the Accord. We had been to the Toyota dealer and test drove the Camry and liked it. Patty was very helpful. My wife and I wanted an Accord, but were unsure which car and features to buy. Patty showed us several cars. Patty was very patient, even when my wife wanted to see yet another color of Honda. We went through about half of the lot deciding on just the right color and features. We settled on a white EX-L. We wanted some dealer-installed features, so we were unable to pick up the car right away. Patty and all of the staff were able to get us in the car at the right price. Very little trouble negotiating what for us was the lowest price of any Honda dealer in the area. (yes we did shop around before coming to St. Louis Honda). Thank you Patty. More

I found Ivo to be very helpful and straightforward. I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car due to the negative sales experiences I have had in the past.
