"making a deal". financial arrangements with our preapproved loan went smooth. i liked the fact that they had an illinois license plate ready to go, and put it on the car. We left the car there due to the snow and Elmer called to check on us. I drove the car 1 week prior and was not pressured at all. so i came back. there are 3-4 dealerships in st. louis that i will not even consider buying from due to previous contacts. all it takes is 1 bad experience to keep me away. I will return to St. Louis Honda next time i am looking to purchase. More
I bought my first Honda at Munganast Honda. I had it for 12 years and had no problems with it at all. So when I was in need of a new car I wanted another Honda. I like the reliability and the service there 12 years and had no problems with it at all. So when I was in need of a new car I wanted another Honda. I like the reliability and the service there was great. My salesman was Josh Ulrich. He made buying a new car fun. I drove several different models and finally settled on the Civic Hybrid. Randy was great. I received an online quote through Kbb, went to the dealer, test drove a CRV, and received a lot of great information about the vehicle. He remembered that we had communicated via email and recommended that I drive the actual car I wanted to purchase. Just about an hour later I was heading home in my new car. It was a very busy day, but while we were waiting for Rick to check on something, every employee who walked through the showroom asked us if there was anything they could do for us - very friendly and helpful people. I'm very happy with my new vehicle which I picked up on Jan. 3. On Sunday Jan. 9 my vehicle had a dead battery. Next day after AAA jump started my battery and I drove my vehicle to the dealership where the Service Dept. checked the battery and then installed a new one. A few days later someone called to follow up on my satisfaction with the service dept. I could only say good things! Thank you. More
