We had never owned a Honda so had many questions about the vehicles. Shan Herwig went beyond our expectations assisting us and did it with such an outgoing personality. We had been interested in the Honda CR-V EX-L and she even followed up with us by mailing additional information we had requested. We decided to vist with her at the dealership and did purchase our Honda CR-V EX-L based on not only Honda's reviews, the dealership's reputation with competative pricing, yet largely due to Shan's intergrity and professinalism. She made our purchase a pleasant experience without any pressure what so ever which was much appreciated. More
I felt no pressure and had a great experience. They wanted my business and made me comfortable through the process. I had financing lined up prior to coming in but they were able to give me an even bet wanted my business and made me comfortable through the process. When my salesman was not in the sales manager took my question and since he didn't have the answer he got it for me and had the technical service manager call me to give me a thorough explanation. My second civic now has 242000 miles on it and is just starting to show signs of aging. I bought a CRV because of my experience with my first two Civics. My very first Honda produce was a Honda 305 CC. Honda makes a product you can count on. More
I just bought my second vehicle from St. Louis Honda. While searching for this vehicle I looked at other dealerships closer to my home but they just don't compare to the service, friendliness and respect While searching for this vehicle I looked at other dealerships closer to my home but they just don't compare to the service, friendliness and respect I receive from St. Louis Honda. I cannot say enough nice things about Elmer, my sales person. Even after the sale Elmer has taken time to answer some of my additional questions. For example, I had a question about the cross bars on the roof rack. Elmer did not know the answer to my question. He did some research for me then called me back to tell me everything I needed to know and then some. Elmer is a great sales man and if I need another car I will call him first. I also had a great experience with Tom the finance manger, the sales manager and the porters, who cleaned the vehicle for a second time before delivery. Buying a car from St. Louis Honda could not have been better. Pricing and negotiating were straight forward and direct. Financing the vehicle was a breeze, even with a power outage in the dealership at the time of purchase. And the follow ups... I love how St. Louis Honda calls us every time we visit the dealership to make sure we received the best possible customer service. I wonder what would happen if I had not actually received the best customer service since I have never had a bad experience at St. Louis Honda. In short, I drive Honda's because I love them and I buy them from St. Louis Honda because I love them too. More
