There is nothing I hate worse than car shopping. I dread the experience due to the arrogance of car salesmen to the test driving process and having someone tell you why their car is superior to every other the experience due to the arrogance of car salesmen to the test driving process and having someone tell you why their car is superior to every other vehicle out there. This was NOT the experience with Rob Carroll at St. Louis Honda. He listened to what we wanted and immediately got the keys for us to test drive. He did not ride along, giving me and my husband the opportunity to honestly discuss our likes and dislikes with the vehicle. When we returned from our test drive he already had a very fair and acceptable offer for us. My husband is an engineer and NEVER buys the same night as a test drive. Yet we went home that evening with a brand new Honda CR-V! Rob respected our intelligence as educated consumers and helped us get what we wanted in a very short amount of time. There were no back and forth games with the GM (or as I like to call him at other places, the Great Oz). The finance manager was equally as helpful and respectful. Rob should give seminars on how to treat customers to others in car sales! This is our first Honda, but I have a strong feeling it will not be our last. St. Louis Honda and Rob Carroll will be recommended to every one I know looking for a vehicle. More
