Gary is great to work with as a car salesman. I felt like he was always being honest. And he did not pressure us in any direction. This is the second car we purchased from him. We had to leave the dealership on Saturday, and were told that when we came back on Monday evening, the finance dept. would have all of the paperwork ready for signatures. That was not the case and had to spend several hours again that evening. After talking with other dealers I believe we should have received more for our trade-ins. We made the deal, so I can't complain. But, I can't help but feel some remorse about that. Overall, the experience is not much different than what we have had at other dealerships. More

My entire experience with Dave Mungenast Honda was exceptional!!! From trying to find the right new car for me to delivery of my car. I wanted to purchase a crossover SUV because I have a baby, but exceptional!!! From trying to find the right new car for me to delivery of my car. I wanted to purchase a crossover SUV because I have a baby, but was not particularly fond of the CRVs. Gina Bommarito did not push me to keep considering the CRVs, but instead worked on getting me into a Pilot. I was not even thinking I could afford the Pilot, but Gina helped work out a payment plan with the sales manager, Tim Jordan, that worked for me. I cannot praise Gina enough as a salesperson!!! SHe was outstanding! I LOVE my Pilot and am so thankful Gina came up with the idea of selling me a Pilot. When it came down to finance, Ivo Saric was fantastic. He seemed to really care about me and my family and wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase. He offered me the different warranty packages and was not pushy about them when I declined some of them. I did purchase the extended warranty from Ivo and feel so safe and comfortable driving my car. The delivery process was fantastic. Gina was very knowledgable and stayed hours after she got off work to complete the delivery. I felt very comfortable driving off in my new Pilot. I will never purchase another car from anyone or anywhere else! More

After 12 years of buying only Toyota, I went to Honda based on the recommendation of a Honda owner I know. I Googled Honda dealers in my area and the highest rated in customer service reviews was Dave Mu based on the recommendation of a Honda owner I know. I Googled Honda dealers in my area and the highest rated in customer service reviews was Dave Mungenast, so despite it being farther away than 3 other Honda dealers I decided to check them out. I was not disappointed. I was met by salesman Greg Raup who was very friendly but more importantly, possessed that rare quality that is lacking in so many car salesmen these days - low pressure and knowledge of product. Instead of "selling" me, he took the time to answer my questions, he listened to my stories of past cars and past dealers, and he actually seemed interested in me and what I had to say, as opposed to someone pretending to be interested or trying to bond with me over some hobby or interest. I had not planned on buying anything that day, but after an hour at the dealership with Greg I had committed to a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I feel like my trade-in was given fair market value, and I feel like I was given a good price on the new vehicle. Never once did I feel like a number as so often happens at dealerships. Based on this experience I will continue to buy from Dave Mungenast as long as the service and quality of product remains the same. More
