Gary is knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all of your questions, and is low key. I knew the kind of car I wanted and had identified this one to test. I was not pressured to look at more expensive cars or to add additions I didn't want. Additional programs were offered at the time of sale and when I declined there was no pressure to take them. Gary stayed with me for a considerable amount of time the day I picked it up while it was being prepared for delivery. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All in all, it was a painless car purchase. How often can you say that?! I have been a customer of St. Louis Honda's service department for 9 years. He was very patient as it took two visits for me to make up my mind. Actually, he was extremely helpful by listening to me and then finding the best car. I appreciate his experience and willingness to answer all my questions and to be there to walk me through the whole process....even when we went past closing one evening. Even before I completed the sale one of the women employees (not the receptionist) found a porter to remove the plates from my old car so my daughter could leave. I knew I was early and my saleman was not due for several minutes. It didn't matter, she helped me with my immediate concern. Wish I knew her name. I am so happy with St. Louis Honda. First of all, everyone was very helpful and the showroom and service area is bright, clean, and breathes efficiency. I trust they will not let me down when I need service. And the location is within a few miles of my home, which is helpful and I would recommend to anyone looking for a car. I was happy with my new car from the moment I left with it. I would tell everyone to ask for Rob Carroll; he was great to work with since he was knowledgeable about the whole process and also concerned about what I wanted and needed. More

Before stopping in to see him, I visited two other dealerships that morning to make sure Randy's quote was as good a deal as it seemed. Turns out, it absolutely was. Randy saved us time, a significant amount of money and the anxiety that comes with walking into a sales room cold.
