Recently I went shopping for a car and took a look at a couple of dealerships off of the South Lindbergh area. After visiting a couple of dealerships I was rather upset with what I had seen. One place did not have a single salesperson ask if I needed anything in the 15 minutes I was walking their lot....and they didn't even have prices on their cars. At another dealer I was contacted by a salesman that was just trying to push me into cars I didn't want. Then I saw Mungenast Honda's used lot. I was immediately greeted by Craig and it was like I was looking at cars with one of my friends all the sudden. He knew that he didn't have what I was looking for but mentioned that I should take a look at the 09 Civic Si in the showroom. It wasn't what I was looking for but since he was friendly I decided to take a look. Once I took a look it I was impressed and added it to my list of cars to look at. After a day or two of research I decided this was the car. Negotiation and signing of the paperwork literally took less than 20 minutes and the salespeople at Honda were refreshing to deal with....they made things easy and it seems that they still care about their sales as they've been checking up with me lately to make sure that I'm satisfied. I would definitely recommend Mungenast Honda to friends and family. More

Fantastic experience working with Candace to find the car that really fit what I needed. Then once we had the right car, they were able to get it down to the right price without any "tricks" or hidden costs that really fit what I needed. My wife and I (Dick and Barb Kilker) took delivery of a 2011 Honda Accord (lease) on 11/23/10. I had gone into the dealership the week prior and was greeted by Sam Martin. He was extremely easy to talk to 2011 Honda Accord (lease) on 11/23/10. I had gone into the dealership the week prior and was greeted by Sam Martin. He was extremely easy to talk to and anxious to assist without being overly aggresive. Over the course of the following days, his followup was terrific and this is very important to me. They had to locate the Accord with the color and trim that we wanted and this was done in an expedious manner and again,we were kept informed. At the actual delivery (which was Sam's day off) Sam displayed a great knowledge of all the options on the vehicle and demonstrated them as needed. In summary, my wife and I left St. Louis Honda feeling that our business was greatly appreciated and that Sam is always available in the future for any questions or concerns.All in all, just a great experience. He helped explain the process and assured me that I was not on the hook for anything.I even went home that night with a promise to return the next morning. This allowed me to do some more research about the truck, the engine, and any reviews that I could find. Also I was able to shop for pricing. All of this helped me to be confidant about the deal. Although the process took a good part of the day, we were very pleased with the result of the process. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Mungenast Honda. Mike Hillis took care of me on both occasions, making purchasing a car a very pleasurable experience for me, unlike past purchases at Suntrup Honda. Mike called and let me know whenever there were any recalls for minor service on my first Honda Accord, (Squeaky brakes). The dealership corrected this problem in 45 minutes, at no cost to me. Mike also sold a Honda CR-V to my wife about two years ago. She loves the car, and had a very enjoyable experience dealing with Mike. I have rated my experience with Honda, and especially my deaalings with Mike Hillis because I have never had any occasion to complain about anyhting associated with this Dealership. They take professionalism to a whole new level from the moment you step inside the door to when you step into your new Honda! Mike met me on both occasions, and having known what I was looking for, had me set up with a new car within ten to fifteen minutes of arriving there. He definitely knows what he is doing! Mike provided a comfortable place to sit while the paperwork was being taken care of. He and other employees provided refreshments and answers to any questions we may have had during our time at the dealership. Mike Hillis interacts well with customers by not being condescending, and not trying to push his product too hard. I can attest that the cars do that well enough themselves! Mike is personable without being pushy, and he has always made me feel welcome at St. Louis Honda, even when I just stop by for an oil change. Honda is definitely not the cheapest car on the market today, but with a product as sturdy and stylish as they have, and with quality employees like Mike Hillis providing top notch service to their customers, I will always be coming back to them for my new car needs. I began my internet car search on Halloween, which was a Sunday. Much to my surprise, Randy immediately responded to my initial email from his iPhone. He quickly provided all of the information that I requested. When I met with him at St. Louis Honda, he made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. We had straightforward communication during the price negotiation process. It is important to point out that I am a female and conducted this financial transaction on my own. Randy was respectful and treated me as an equal. He was very attentive and communicated with me many times when he was not at work. Randy also displayed patience with my numerous inquiries. His communication/customer service skills are exceptional and hard to find in today's world. In the end, I believe I got a great price on my new Honda, and Randy made the process easy. I would highly recommend Randy Graves to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda. With respect to the St. Louis Honda dealership, this was a satisfying experience as well. The dealership offered me 0% financing on my new Honda, along with seven $40 coupons to be applied toward any future service. I was very happy to discover that St. Louis Honda provided complimentary pin stripes and mud flaps on each new vehicle. Also, the unlimited free car washes are greatly appreciated.
