There are dealership that are closier to my house however the service department workd hard to keep me happy and makes it easy for working with him. I came in the dealership to look at the Fit and the Civic models. Clayton was very patient and took his time with me. I would have liked to pay less for my car. When I came to the dealership, he was tied up with another buyer, but immediately introduc quickly and in detail. He returned my calls immediately. Pat and the Finance Manager Ivo answered all of my questions, got a decent bid on my trade in and worked out my financing to my satisfaction, in just a couple of hours. I shopped for my new Honda Accord online on a Saturday evening. I already knew exactly what I wanted, saw that Mungenast had it in stock and made an offer online. I really thought that I would get a response on Monday (the next regular business day). Much to my surprise and delight, Randy Graves responded to me almost immediately. We negotiated quickly and set Tuesday as a day for me to come in, sign paperwork, and drive home in my new car. Randy was and excellent sales professional and I would refer anyone to him. (The only downside of my Tuesday evening purchase was the amount of time it took to get the paperwork done. I had prepared in advance by completing and submitting the online credit check so, I thought it would have taken much less time to finalize things. I will admit that part of my frustration about the length of time for paperwork was due to my lack of knowledge about what all needs to be done, but it still seemed to take a long time - hours.....) Upon pulling into the car lot you quickly feel your “fight or flight” instinct kick in as you notice the typical car salesperson eyeing you up and coming your way. You already know the game, you’re trying to buy the right car for the right price, and they’re trying to take you for everything you have. After a blitzkrieg of chatter, verbal promises, and sinister “I’m lying straight through my teeth” smiles, they really start putting on the pressure… at least, that’s been my experience each and every time until now. He was an absolute professional that NEVER pressured me, NEVER acted put out after numerous trips to talk with him and test drive cars, and ALWAYS treated me with a genuine smile and went out of his way to help me with my decision.
