Shan was such an amazing sales representative. She made the experience pleasant, enjoyable and family oriented. I have never met a person so dedicated to their job with such a positive attitude. Randy went to great lengths to accomodate me. I initially planned to purchase a Honda Fit, but it would not handle my inclined driveway. I never in a million years dreamed I would be writing this. My 2011 CRV was a gift from my parents. Josh Ulrich (my mom and dad's salesman) delivered mine and my sister's car to our parents house as a this. My 2011 CRV was a gift from my parents. Josh Ulrich (my mom and dad's salesman) delivered mine and my sister's car to our parents house as a surprise X-mas gift. He totally played out the surprise on Dec. 11th at 6:30 pm. He rang the doorbell and presented us with our keys and our new cars. It's a good thing he could think on his feet because my sister jumped right into his arms. I don't think there could have been a better way to get my new car. He was a pleasure to deal with the next day as we signed the paperwork. He was fun, knowledgable, professional, helpful and informative. I would recommend Josh and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Candace asked how she could help me. She focused on my needs and my questions. She was direct and answered them honestly and quickly. I was in a hurry having already obtained pricing from other dealersh needs and my questions. She was direct and answered them honestly and quickly. I was in a hurry having already obtained pricing from other dealerships and expecting out of town guests. I advised Candace of my circumstances and she quickly provided answers to my questions and obtained her dealership's best pricing and offered it to me along with her card. There was no pressure, no haggling, no what do I have to do to sell you a car today, no you must test drive the car today before I can share that information with you. I got the information I asked for the first time. I did not have to drag it out of Candace or deal with 2 or 3 people to get the information. I obtained the information I wanted and I got it straight from her and she was 100% honest. The pricing was about the same, but St. Louis Honda was offering a 2011 model instead of a 2010. St. Louis Honda was also offering 0% financing for 60 months and the other dealers were not. Candace also explained the price included certain fees and extra equipment that other dealers charged as extra costs. I checked with the other dealerships and she was correct. Candace also explained the deal was good for any 2011 Honda LX as they all had similar equipment, so we would not have to settle for a color that was left on the lot. We could pick the color we wanted. I spoke to my wife, explained the details and we agreed we would buy the car from Candace. I called Candace and alerted her that we would be coming in the next day to buy the car and that we wanted to buy only from her. She asked us to go to the new car dealership and either call her or have her paged and she would take care of us, but she warned us that Saturdays were very busy at St. Louis Honda and we might have to wait a few minutes for her. I assured her we would wait for her. When we arrived on Saturday the dealership was very busy and several sales representatives tried to "poach" Candace's sale. (She was test driving a car with someone when we arrived.) We were patient and rewarded by Candace again focusing on our questions and needs. She went with us on the test drive, explained where everyting was. Wrote up the paperwork and helped us complete the forms which she submitted to Mr. Cash, who arranged the financing. Candace checked the status for us while we waited and let us know we were approved but needed to wait for Mr. Cash to finish with another customer. She offered us some refreshments while we waited and arranged for the car to be readied for delivery. After we finished with Mr. Cash, Candace met us and escorted us to the car and asked us to call with any questions or concerns and thanked us for giving her the opportunity to help us. Later she called to make certain everything was ok with the car. I told her I had already recommended her to a friend who said he was interested in the same make and model car. She thanked us again and said she looked forward to hearing from our friend. Our friend did buy from Candace. She quickly called back to thank us for the referral and to let us know we would be getting a gift from the dealership for making the referral. Again she focused on us and our needs and the information we wanted. We rewarded her with our sale by waiting for her. We were rewarded for our loyalty by her focus on us during the sales process. We thanked her with a referral and she thought enough of us to call back and thank us for the referral. I treat people the way they treat me and I would recommend Candace to anyone. More
I was very pleased with the purchase of my used VW Jetta from St Louis Honda. Elmer Watson was very friendly, attentive, courteous and professional. I was very leery of dealing with Car Dealers, expecially Used Car Dealers. This was my first used car purchase in over 20 years. On my arrival at the dealership I just wanted to look at the car I had found on line. Because it impressed me so much and the attitude of Elmer was so good I decided to take it for a test driver, which I did. I did not buy the car that day but told Elmer I would be back on Monday with my daughter so that she could have a look at it. We did go back on Monday and although I wasn't going to buy that day, I did. More

I told Greg what I wanted and he did not try to sell me something else but kept on the path that I wanted. He treated me with respect, listened to what I had to say - at no time did he talk down to me as something else but kept on the path that I wanted. I liked Mike's sales approach. He was very helpful in providing information so that I was able to make my decision without him being too pushy or overbearing.
