I had a 50,000 mile maintanence done (the check engine light pops on for this), for my 2005 CRV. This includes an oil change and tire rotation. The Mungenast service team failed to rotate my tires. I marked my tires with chalk and wrote down distinguishing marks of each of my tires and where they were positioned. If they fail to do something as simple as rotate tires I would be very leary of other work. I don't even trust that they changed my oil. More

I have had very difficult personal and financial difficulties for the last few years .. then Nov. 2, 2010, by Honda Element, on which I was making payments, was totaled. Also, I have had credit problems. Tiffany understood my plight. She understood my work ethic and temporary situation and worked with me to purchase a car within my budget. She could have brought out a "dream car" for me to fall in love with then only later learn it was beyond my budget (I have previously had that experience .. it is very frustrating). Instead ... what she did was "work backwards." We figured out what I could afford ... then ... chose a vehicle. I had one (1) option which fit my budget... which turned out to be a perfect "fit" for me and I love it! I worked mostly with Tiffany. We had been shopping for a new Honda Odyssey for a year now, we decided to wait until the new redesign to come out. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all like some of the other dealerships we encountered in the St Louis area. When it came time for us to purchase, they were able to beat the the other dealer's prices and was able to order the exact color and trim we wanted before Christmas. Our van even came in a week earlier then expected thanks to the hard work of them being able to locate one for us. Don't waste your time at the other dealers, just go to St Louis Honda. More
