St Louis Honda (Dave Mungenast) was not the first Honda dealer I visited, but it was the final choice I went with. I spent time at a couple of other dealers but I was not very comfortable with the salesmen's pushing you to buy strategy. That's why I like St Louis Honda and Randy's more "no pressure" environment. Randy asked exactly what I wanted but unfortunately there was no such color-model match in their inventory and the next match would come in on June 10, but he managed to find me a car in some other place and delivered here 2 weeks earlier. I would recommend Randy Graves to any Honda shopper, he's very knowledgeable and friendly, this car purchasing was far less stressful than I thought with Randy's help. More

We had been shopping around with several types of vehicles in our mind thinking that the price would limit us to a vehicle that we would not really be interested in. Whereas the other guys spend quite a bit of time trying to talk us out of it. Not to mention the price was much better. I did not like the fact that you were not willing to negotiate the price especially when I had the opportunity to purchase a honda the night before from another dealer out in St. Peters (Napalton)for a better price but I wanted to do some more searching and I was also in need of a new/used vehicle rightway. There were a few problems that I encountered with the car once it had been delivered but I do thank the sales representative Candance Chelist who worked very hard to make sure my problems were fixed. She was very pleasant and professional. I want to thank Brett Mathis for handling the problem with the front windshield and getting it replaced. I can say that the credit rating your dealership has received and the awards it has gotten for the service they provide to their customers and their purchases is outstanding. More
