St Louis Honda (Dave Mungenast) was not the first Honda dealer I visited, but it was the final choice I went with. I sent out emails to dealers when I decided to buy a CRV at the end of April, Randy immedi dealer I visited, but it was the final choice I went with. I spent time at a couple of other dealers but I was not very comfortable with the salesmen's pushing you to buy strategy. That's why I like St Louis Honda and Randy's more "no pressure" environment. Randy asked exactly what I wanted but unfortunately there was no such color-model match in their inventory and the next match would come in on June 10, but he managed to find me a car in some other place and delivered here 2 weeks earlier. I would recommend Randy Graves to any Honda shopper, he's very knowledgeable and friendly, this car purchasing was far less stressful than I thought with Randy's help. More
